In today’s world, every stupid, spur-of-the-moment decision you make can come back to haunt you like never before.

That’s especially true when you’re one of the most popular celebrities on the planet and despised by the woke left-wing outrage mob.

And this country music, megastar made one drunken decision that could cost him everything.

Since he burst onto the country music scene while competing as a contestant on The Voice, Morgan Wallen has gone on to become arguably the biggest country music star on the planet today.

But Wallen’s successful career has also been plagued with controversy.

During the COVID hysteria that plagued 2020, Wallen became a target of the woke left-wing outrage mob after a video showed the country music star enjoying himself at a local bar.

In 2021, radio stations stopped playing his music, and he was disqualified from the Academy of Country Music Awards after a video of a drunken Wallen jokingly using a racial slur went viral.

However, Wallen’s fans rallied around him, and despite being blacklisted from the country music scene, he ended up with the best-selling album of 2021.

“I could write a book on 2021,” Wallen wrote in an Instagram post in 2021. “And I probably will one day,” he continued. “But for now, I wanna say thank you.”

“Thank you to everyone who believed in me and continued to believe in me, even when it wasn’t the popular thing to do,” he added. “Thank you to my family, my band, my friends, and my fans for having my back and sticking up for me when so many were coming for me.”

Fast forward to today, and Wallen has once again found himself in the middle of a controversy.

But this one has him facing felony charges.

Wallen was arrested and charged with three felony counts on Monday morning in connection with an incident at fellow country music artist Eric Church’s new Nashville restaurant and music venue, Chief’s.

According to the arrest report, a group of police officers were standing on the sidewalk when a chair suddenly fell from the rooftop of Chief’s and landed a few feet from them.

When investigating the incident, the officers alleged that surveillance video revealed that Wallen was “lunging and throwing an object over the roof.”

“Wallen was taken into custody for the incident and charged with three counts of reckless endangerment for the two officers who were in the vicinity and for the danger to the public, officials said. He was also charged with disorderly conduct,” WKRN reported. “Records show he was booked into Metro Jail early Monday morning and released hours later.”

Wallen’s bond was set at $15,250.

He is scheduled to perform at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium May 2-4 as part of his current tour.

But only time will tell whether or not the country music star will be canceled or allowed to perform.
