John Kennedy has a way with words unlike anyone else in Congress.

That’s why he can crush Democrats’ hopes and dreams in spectacular fashion.

And John Kennedy gave one hard truth to Joe Biden that left him seething with rage.

President Joe Biden is trying to ram through one of his most extreme judicial nominees yet.

Democrats celebrated a win for identity politics when he nominated Adeel Mangi to serve as a Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

If confirmed, Mangi would become the first Muslim to serve on a federal appeals court.

Mangi’s background raised serious flags during the judicial confirmation process.

He served on the advisory board for Rutgers University’s Center for Security, Race, and Rights from 2019 to 2023.

During a panel to mark the 20th anniversary of 9/11, the center brought in Dr. Sami Al-Arian, who pled guilty in 2006 to aiding the radical Islamic terrorist group Palestinian Islamic Jihad and was sentenced to more than four years in federal prison.

The panel entitled “Whose Narrative? 20 Years since September 11, 2001” featured other radical Islamic speakers who either have connections to or have openly supported terrorism.

Mangi also took part in a conference for the National Association of Muslim Lawyers in 2022 with a panelist who was an “unindicted co-conspirator,” according to federal prosecutors in an investigation into American funding for Hamas.

He serves on the board of the Alliance of Families for Justice with Kathy Boudin.

Boudin – a member of the left-wing terrorist group Weather Underground – pleaded guilty to the murder of two police officers in a 1981 armed robbery.

That’s why Biden’s latest judicial nominee is a full-fledged extremist masquerading as a Judge.

“As dead as Jimmy Hoffa”

With a 51-49 Democrat majority in the Senate, Biden can only afford to lose one vote for Mangi if the nomination is to be successful.

Republicans are united in opposition, and two Democrats came out against it, which means that it’s likely finished.

Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) told the Washington Examiner that Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) coming out against Mangi meant his nomination was dead.

“I believe that the nomination is dead,” Kennedy said. “It’s as dead as Jimmy Hoffa.”

Manchin announced that he would vote against any Biden judicial nominee who didn’t have at least one Republican vote.

Senator Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV) also announced that she couldn’t support Mangi’s nomination.

“Mr. Mangi’s affiliation with the Alliance of Families for Justice is deeply concerning,” Cortez Masto said in a statement to NBC News. “This organization has sponsored a fellowship in the name of Kathy Boudin, a member of the domestic terrorist organization Weather Underground, and advocated for the release of individuals convicted of killing police officers. I cannot support this nominee.”

Joe Biden appears to be headed toward defeat on inserting an extremist into the federal judiciary.
