Polls continually show that a large percentage of Americans do not believe Joe Biden is mentally fit for office.
Now, there is a smoking gun.
And this shocking video is the explosive proof that Joe Biden must resign from office.
After remarks at the White House, Joe Biden took a question from a reporter about the administration’s plan to create a massive illegal alien invasion by repealing Title 42, a policy put in place by Donald Trump in March 2020 to allow for immediate expulsion of illegal aliens requesting asylum.
Biden has faced accusations of senility since the Presidential campaign.
And Joe Biden’s response only raised the decibel level on the calls that Biden is too cognitively impaired to serve as President.
A dazed and confused Biden had no idea what Title 42 was and began rattling off about how his administration would appeal a ruling striking down the public transportation mask mandate.
“No, what I’m considering is continuing to hear from my – first of all, there’s gonna be an appeal by the Justice Department because, as a matter of principle, we want to be able to be in a position where if, in fact, it is strongly concluded by the scientists that we need Title 42 that we be able to do that. But there has been no decision on extending Title 42,” Biden rambled.
The video was even worse than the transcript, showing a clearly strained Biden struggling for words and clearly not having any idea what Title 42 really was.

The video went viral on social media and became a source of embarrassment for the administration.
Biden – or more likely his handlers – attempted to clean up the mess with a post on social media.
“I want to clarify that, in comments at the conclusion of my remarks this morning, I was referring to the CDC’s mask mandate and there is no Department of Justice action on Title 42,” Biden wrote on Twitter.
But the damage was done.
Americans cannot unsee the video of a cognitively impaired President confusing his administration’s own policies and unable to articulate coherent thoughts.
