RFK Jr Exposed the Secret Biden Policy That Invited Fraudsters to Loot Your Tax Dollars

Joe Biden ran for president promising to protect every taxpayer dollar in the federal budget.

Now Robert F. Kennedy Jr is in Los Angeles with documents showing what Biden actually did to the people standing watch over that money.

What he found when he took over the Department of Health and Human Services is something Biden never wanted Congress to see.

Biden Gutted HHS Program Integrity and Transferred Out 95 Percent of the Fraud Watchdogs

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. walked into the Department of Health and Human Services and found a program integrity division meant to fight fraud stripped to nothing.

The division once had 80 employees responsible for tracking $2.2 trillion in annual payments – covering every state and territory in the country, 4 million transactions every single day.

Biden's HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra transferred 76 of them out.

When Kennedy arrived, six federal employees were left to guard the entire operation.

Kennedy told the Los Angeles crowd the fraudsters saw exactly what had happened.

"It was an invitation for the fraudsters to come in and steal everything," Kennedy said.

They accepted.

Biden's Pay and Chase Policy Opened Medicare and Medicaid to Fraud and Guaranteed Fraudsters Got Paid

The staffing collapse was not the only door Biden's team left open.

Becerra installed a payment policy that fraud experts had warned against for decades – a model called Pay and Chase.

The mechanics were simple and ruinous: suspicious invoices got paid on arrival, with recovery attempted afterward.

Kennedy laid it out: "When we get an invoice from a hospice that we know is fraudulent – we know that hospice is not treating patients, they've been busted before, we have algorithms that can identify that this is almost certainly a fraudulent case – his policy was: you pay them and then you chase it."

The chasing almost never worked.

Kennedy called it "an insane policy" and shut it down the moment he identified it.

In Los Angeles alone, Kennedy's team shut down thousands of hospice operations that were billing the government $6,000 a month for patients who did not exist.

Durable medical equipment fraud in Los Angeles County ran into the tens of billions of dollars.

Autism services fraud ran into the tens of billions more.

All of it flowed out under a policy that told federal employees to pay first and ask questions never.

Kennedy Froze 1 Billion in Medicaid Payments to California and Minnesota to Stop the Bleeding

The GAO documented over $100 billion in combined Medicare and Medicaid improper payments in fiscal year 2023 alone – the peak years of Biden's HHS operation.

Kennedy has already frozen over $1 billion in Medicaid payments to California and Minnesota while his team works through whether those funds went to legitimate services.

Governors Gavin Newsom and Tim Walz want that money released.

Kennedy told them the path forward is straightforward: produce records proving the claims were real.

They haven’t done it.

Kennedy froze the payments and demanded proof before a single dollar goes out.

Tens of billions of stolen taxpayer dollars later, that is the difference between what Biden built and what Kennedy is dismantling.
