Democrats have called illegal alien voter fraud a myth for a decade.
A routine jury summons just blew that story apart in New Jersey.
The number buried inside the court's public records is bigger than anyone in Trenton is admitting.
How the Jury Summons Became a Window Into the Voter Roll Scandal
Democrats never wanted anyone to figure out how this works.
In most states, jury pools pull from the same government databases that feed the voter rolls – driver's license records, voter registration files, and tax data.
When a noncitizen receives a jury summons and disqualifies himself, his name lands on a public "non-juror" list.
That list is a public record in most states and counties.
Which means every name on the non-juror list is a name that was also on the voter roll.
New Jersey's courts process more than one million jury summonses every year.
In a single year, 75,000 of those summoned were disqualified as noncitizens – roughly one in every thirteen.
A system that has been funneling illegal aliens onto voter rolls for years produced that number.
New Jersey Blamed a Software Glitch and the Company Pushed Back
New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill held a press conference last week to confess that 6,600 noncitizens had been registered to vote through a "software error" at the Motor Vehicle Commission.
She blamed a French tech vendor named IDEMIA.
IDEMIA pushed back immediately, stating its role is only to transmit data – and that the Division of Elections "is ultimately responsible for verifying eligibility to vote."
The state blamed the vendor. The vendor blamed the state. Neither explained how the error ran undetected for a full year, from June 2023 to June 2024 – and why New Jersey officials sat on that discovery for another two years before telling the public.
The White House wasn't buying the spin.
"Democrats and their media allies have repeatedly said it is impossible for noncitizens to register to vote, let alone cast a ballot," White House spokeswoman Abigail Jackson said. "Time and again, they have been proven wrong."
Republican Assemblyman Greg McGuckin went further: the administration wants New Jerseyans to believe this begins and ends with one vendor's glitch. It doesn't.
The 75,000 noncitizens summoned for jury duty each year – before any glitch is counted – proves it.
Scott Presler Found Noncitizens on Voter Rolls in Eleven Pennsylvania Counties
While Democrats managed the spin in New Jersey, election integrity activist Scott Presler was doing something simple: pulling the records himself.
Presler requested non-juror lists from all 67 Pennsylvania counties under state public records law.
In Chester County alone, the list ran 65 pages and contained at least 3,566 noncitizens who had been summoned for jury duty.
"If this is happening in Chester County, it's happening everywhere," Presler posted. "This is a constitutional crisis."
Butler County tried to hide its list. Presler threatened to sue.
Several other Pennsylvania counties – Pike, Mifflin, Centre, Carbon, Indiana, Dauphin, Jefferson, Columbia, Susquehanna, and Westmoreland – all had noncitizens on their non-juror lists when Presler pulled them.
DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin identified more than 250,000 noncitizens on voter rolls across just four states: California, New Jersey, Nevada, and Pennsylvania – the same four states refusing to turn over their voter data to federal investigators.
Automatic Voter Registration Turned Illegal Alien Driver's Licenses Into Ballots
Every illegal alien on a voter roll can cancel out one legal vote cast by an American citizen.
The Democrats who ran New Jersey for years didn't stumble into this problem.
They built a system where illegal aliens receive driver's licenses, those licenses feed automatically into voter registration databases, and nobody checks citizenship at any point in the chain.
The jury summons was the first place the system had to ask the question directly.
Seventy-five thousand people per year answered: not a citizen.
Presler is suing counties to get those records. New Jersey got caught because someone pulled them.
California handed out driver's licenses to illegal aliens in 2015. Illinois, Colorado, and a dozen other blue states followed – every one plugging those licenses into automatic voter registration, every one sitting on the same non-juror lists in public courthouses, and every one refusing to hand their voter data to federal investigators.
Democrats counted on nobody looking. Scott Presler looked. Eleven Pennsylvania counties are already exposed, New Jersey cannot explain away 75,000 names, and every blue state that built the same pipeline is one citizen records request away from the same reckoning.
