One of Biden’s key policy initiatives is on the ropes after this Democrat Senator stood up to his own party

The liberal establishment is in full panic mode.

Their plan to hijack U.S. election laws may be dead in the water.

And now one of Biden’s key policy initiatives is on the ropes after this Democrat Senator stood up to his own party.

West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) typically draws ire from his more liberal colleagues.

As the modern Democrat Party continues to slide further into radical Marxist ideology, Manchin’s relatively centrist tendencies tend to stand out from the radical majority in his caucus.

Sure, he’s no conservative – but he may be the GOP’s best bet in stopping the incredibly dangerous “For The People Act” – more aptly described as “For The Corrupt Politicians Act.”

The bill pushed by Biden and the Democrats would be the “largest overhaul of U.S. election law in at least a generation” according to the Associated Press.

“For The Corrupt Politicians Act” would hand the Federal government complete control over each state’s election processes, as well as make political non-profits report personal information on their grassroots donors, opening them up to harassment by radical groups like Antifa and Black Lives Matter.

Apparently, Manchin is the only one in the Democrat Party with a shred of common sense.

Manchin wrote an op-ed in the Charleston Gazette-Mail, saying that “voting and election reform that is done in a partisan manner will all but ensure partisan divisions continue to deepen.”

If the two parties can’t come together on practical voting legislation, it would “risk further dividing and destroying the republic we swore to protect and defend as elected officials.”

This type of thinking is virtually non-existent in the political Left.

Democrats would rather ram whatever socialist legislation they want down Americans’ throats and blame Republicans for “pouncing” when they rightly criticize them.

At least Manchin realizes how radical the Left is becoming and hasn’t drank the Kool-Aid . . . yet.
