Abdul El-Sayed attacked JD Vance's kids and declared they were less American than everyone else.
JD Vance called him evil at a Michigan rally, but it was his mother who said what everyone was thinking.
Now Beverly Vance has told Tomi Lahren exactly what she plans to do if El-Sayed ever crosses her path.
Beverly Vance Aikins Tells Tomi Lahren She Would Punch Abdul El-Sayed
JD Vance's mother Beverly Vance Aikins sat down with Outkick and Fox News host Tomi Lahren on – a conversation that moved from her decade of sobriety to Netflix's Hillbilly Elegy to the son who became Vice President.
Beverly didn't mince words when Lahren asked how she handles El-Sayed's attacks.
"I think that man's an idiot," she said.
Lahren pushed further – asking whether Beverly laughs it off or actually gets mad.
"It makes me mad, honestly, because he doesn't know JD and he doesn't know, you know, what type of person he is, and I do…" Beverly said.
Then came the part El-Sayed should think twice about.
"I'd probably punch the guy if I ever seen him, and then that would get me in trouble – so, I'll just go with the flow," she told Lahren.
She was particularly direct about El-Sayed's repeated references to her grandchildren.
"Those are my babies. I love those babies and would do anything for any of them," Beverly said.
She also defended her daughter-in-law without hesitation: "And I love Usha as if she were my own daughter. She's one of the best, most genuine people I've ever met. And she loves my son, and she's a good mother."
Her read on the man behind the attacks was equally blunt.
"I think they're jealous, honestly," Beverly said. "JD is 42 years old. He's handsome. He's the Vice President of the United States. He's got a beautiful wife, four beautiful children, and jealousy is the only thing I can think of."
El-Sayed Called Usha Vances Kids Brown Kids and Said They Were Less American
El-Sayed didn't stumble into one bad take – he's been targeting the Vance family deliberately for months.
In April, during an appearance on "The Allen Analysis Show" podcast, El-Sayed went after Vance's wife and then turned to their children directly.
"Can you imagine, he's got brown kids, at some point he's going to have a really awkward conversation with his kids, like, you made your career hating people who are different," El-Sayed said.
He escalated weeks later, declaring: "JD Vance has brown kids who he thinks are less American than everyone else."
Then, when Vance delivered a rally speech invoking his grandfather – the steelworker he calls "Papaw" – El-Sayed posted on X: "So do we think JD is taking Usha with him back in time to meet Papaw, or no…"
That backfired immediately.
Vance's memoir Hillbilly Elegy includes a passage describing one of the great sorrows of his life – that his grandfather never got to meet Usha.
El-Sayed's insinuation that Papaw would have rejected her was answered by Vance's own published words.
Beverly Vance Aikins is Papaw's daughter.
El-Sayed insulted her father's memory to score a political point.
Vance confronted El-Sayed directly at a MAGA Inc. rally in Sterling Heights, telling the crowd that the Michigan Senate candidate is "very, very evil."
"Keep my wife's name the hell out of your mouth," Vance said.
El-Sayed squeaked past establishment candidate Rep. Haley Stevens by fewer than 16,000 votes in the Democrat primary – a margin that told its own story about how fractured his party has become.
He did it while campaigning alongside Hasan Piker, a far-left internet streamer who told his audience that America "deserved 9/11."
El-Sayed refused to condemn Piker's 9/11 comments during the primary, finally calling them "a dumb statement" only after months of sustained pressure.
Michigan is one of theSenate toss-up races that will determine control of the chamber – and this is the candidate Democrats sent into that fight.
A Sharia-defending socialist who campaigns with a 9/11 apologist, calls biracial children second-class Americans, and mocks a dead grandfather's memory isn't fighting for Michigan families.
Michigan has seen enough.
