Hillary Clinton spent four years calling Trump an illegitimate president.
Now she wants to lecture him about election security.
She disabled replies first – and what conservatives dug up anyway is the story she has spent ten years trying to bury.
Hillary Clinton Called the 2016 Election Stolen for Years
A seething Hillary Clinton fired off a shot at President Trump following his speech on election vulnerabilities and the SAVE America Act.
"Trump's embarrassing rant last night about an election he lost six years ago made two things very clear," she wrote. "He's not focused on making life better for Americans. Not even close. We should act now to counteract any efforts to undermine our elections."
That move told the story – replies disabled, post live, and she knew exactly what was coming.
Clinton included a link to a Democrat organizing site.
Conservatives with long memories flooded quote-posts with documentation stretching back nearly a decade.
"Hillary: These rants about an election someone lost years ago really are embarrassing. Hillary, three years after 2016: The election was stolen from me," account Western Lensman posted alongside video evidence.
The mockery hit fast and it did not stop.
Hillary Clinton Has Been Denying the 2016 Election for a Full Decade
The receipts were not hard to find.
In September 2017 – a full year after her loss – Clinton said she would not "rule out" questioning the legitimacy of the 2016 election.
In May 2019, she called the election "stolen" from her at a gathering of Harris County Democrats.
In September 2019, she dismissed Trump as "an illegitimate president" and claimed he knew it himself.
In October 2020, Clinton told The Atlantic the 2016 race "was not on the level" – and that "we still don't know what really happened."
The Republican National Committee compiled over 150 documented instances of prominent Democrats – led by Clinton – casting doubt on Republican election victories stretching across two decades.
Clinton didn’t just question an election.
She built an entire industry around it.
The Steele Dossier Hillary Clinton Paid For and the FBI Used Against Trump
Durham's final report, released in 2023, concluded the FBI had no verified intelligence when it launched its counterintelligence investigation into Trump's campaign in 2016.
The Steele dossier – the document that drove years of congressional hearings and media hysteria – was commissioned by Clinton's campaign and the Democrat National Committee, with payments routed through the law firm Perkins Coie.
Durham's report found the FBI used that dossier to obtain surveillance warrants on Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, even after analysts flagged the dossier's sub-sources as potentially compromised by Russian intelligence prior to the first dossier report.
Earlier this year, Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley pushed for declassification of a previously secret 24-page annex to Durham's report.
The annex showed the Obama-era FBI had received credible intelligence in 2016 that Clinton's campaign was running an operation to manufacture a Trump-Russia connection – and buried it.
One FBI lawyer pleaded guilty to falsifying documents used in a FISA warrant renewal.
Clinton called it election interference when it suited her.
When it was her operation running the play, it was opposition research.
Hillary Clinton Is the Original Election Denier and the Receipts Prove It
CNN, NBC, and ABC refused to air Trump's election security address live last Thursday.
CNN executives admitted internally they decided not to broadcast it because doing so would be "dangerous."
The same network spent three years amplifying every claim in the Steele dossier without ever questioning its origins.
Clinton's post drew immediate fire from commentators across the right.
"How many years has Hillary been ranting about losing to Trump in 2016?" RedState's Nick Arama wrote.
Twitchy noted Clinton had "broken her own projection record" with the post.
Megyn Kelly said months earlier, Hillary Clinton is "the original election denier."
Clinton built the template – paid operatives, weaponized federal agencies, and four years of calling the sitting president illegitimate – then spent the next decade pretending she had no role in any of it.
Turning off the replies doesn’t change what’s on the record.
