Democrats and Republicans are gearing up for a brutal 2024 election cycle.
But the country also has plenty of foreign adversaries.
And Communist China is taking advantage of one Democrat’s failure to initiate this under-the-radar attack on the U.S.
The Chinese Communist Party has designs on supplanting the United States and becoming the world’s lone superpower.
The CCP is carrying out countless attacks against the U.S., including the production and distribution of fentanyl – which is 50 times more potent than heroin – that’s being trafficked into the country via the wide open southern border.
Dealing drugs on American soil
Now, Members of Congress are concerned about the number of CCP-controlled marijuana farms operating inside the United States.
A spokesman for the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Counterterrorism, Law Enforcement, and Intelligence told The Daily Wire that a DEA intelligence briefing analyzed “the recent trend in illicit marijuana grow operations within the homeland by People’s Republic of China (PRC) nationals.”
For instance, in Maine alone, Border Patrol reportedly discovered nearly 300 illegal marijuana operations backed by Chinese nationals that amounted to a billion-dollar enterprise.
“The Committee continues to conduct oversight of the federal government’s response to the worrying trend of illicit Chinese-operated marijuana farms,” the spokesman continued. “Many of these operations work in conjunction with transnational criminal organizations, engage in human trafficking and force labor practices, and pose serious threats to public safety. The Committee is committed to combating the threats posed by transnational criminal organizations and countering the malign influence of the PRC on U.S. soil.”
Wide open border
This directly ties into the illegal immigration crisis because the Biden regime is not vetting who is coming into the country.
There have been reports of thousands of military-aged Chinese men crossing the southern border into the United States.
That does not comport with the Democrats’ narrative that the millions of illegal aliens pouring across the southern border each year are poor women and children from Mexico and Central America.
Individuals – mainly adult men – from all over the planet have suddenly shown up on the southern border.
The House Homeland Security Committee members wrote to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, “Illicit Chinese-operated marijuana farms have been found across the country and pose significant risks to our nation’s security. . .In addition, Chinese investors have financed some of these illegal operations, and these investments include cash payment for large swaths of land to conduct these operations.”
The Chinese Communist Party is taking advantage of the Democrats’ open-borders insanity, and the consequences couldn’t be more severe.
