Senate Democrats triggered a shutdown of Homeland Security – and TSA officers are selling blood plasma to pay rent.
A Democrat congresswoman used that shutdown as cover to demand something that will make your blood boil.
She wants your tax dollars handed over to illegal aliens – and she just told America exactly why.
Jayapal Demands Taxpayer-Funded Reparations for Illegal Aliens and Prosecution of ICE Agents
Representative Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) hosted a congressional hearing last titled "Kidnapped and Disappeared: Trump's Attack on Our Children."
When the hearing wrapped, Jayapal stepped to the mic.
"The people that have been inflicting this harm need to be prosecuted," Jayapal said.
"They need to be brought before us and they need to be held account for the trauma that they have created, and we are going to have to have some form of reparation for the kids and the families that have been traumatized through all of this."
Prosecute the ICE agents enforcing federal law.
Pay reparations – with your tax dollars – to the criminals those agents arrested.
Jayapal didn't explain how the program would be funded or who would qualify – the money was always coming from the same taxpayers whose airport security she won’t fund.
There was one condition attached: "If I am chair of the immigration subcommittee, we will be pursuing all of these pieces."
Jayapal is running for subcommittee chair on a platform of jailing federal law enforcement and cutting checks to illegal aliens if Democrats take the House in November.
Chris Murphy Admitted Democrats Care More About Illegal Aliens Than American Citizens
This is not one congresswoman going rogue.
Sen. Chris Murphy of Connecticut said it out loud when a 2024 clip resurfaced last week on social media.
Murphy told MSNBC host Chris Hayes that Democrat immigration strategy "has failed to deliver for the people we care about most – the undocumented Americans that are in this country."
TSA officers quit after their third shutdown in six months because they couldn't pay their bills. FEMA's disaster relief fund is draining toward empty. American citizens stood in four-hour airport security lines over spring break because Murphy's party put them there.
Murphy doesn't care about any of that. Illegal aliens are the priority – and he said it on camera without flinching.
When Trump asked Congress to stand and declare that the first duty of American government is to protect American citizens over illegal aliens, every Democrat stayed in their seat.
When the filibuster vote came to fund TSA while workers sold plasma, Democrats held the line.
Democrats Are Putting the Country in Danger to Protect Illegal Aliens
The DHS shutdown hit 44 days on Sunday – the longest partial government shutdown in American history.
FEMA's disaster relief fund keeps draining with hurricane season four months out.
The Coast Guard has suspended missions.
TSA cannot hire and train enough officers to staff FIFA World Cup security checkpoints in time for the tournament.
Democrats created one of those disasters.
They chose them because, as Chris Murphy confirmed on camera, illegal aliens are the people they care about most.
Jayapal voted against the House stopgap bill that would have funded TSA, FEMA, and the Coast Guard for 60 days.
Her stated reason: "I will not vote to give Trump's ICE or CBP another cent without major reforms."
Not a cent for TSA. Not a cent for FEMA. Not a cent for the Coast Guard.
But plenty of your tax dollars for illegal aliens who feel traumatized that federal agents showed up at their door.
The midterms are seven months away – and Jayapal and Murphy just handed every Republican candidate in America a 30-second ad.
