Megyn Kelly spent years exposing Tim Walz's stolen valor lies – and his own platoon mates backed her up on camera.
Now the man who quit on his unit before they deployed to Iraq just pulled his most disgraceful move yet.
What Walz did instead of showing up for veterans on Memorial Day – and what Megyn said when she saw the video – will make your blood boil.
Walz Was a No-Show at Fort Snelling — and Veterans Noticed
Fort Snelling National Cemetery is the largest veterans cemetery in Minnesota and hosts one of the biggest Memorial Day observances in the entire state.
Alpha News broke it first: multiple sources with direct knowledge confirmed Walz was listed as a speaker in the official program and never appeared.
The FOX 9 livestream showed U.S. Senators Amy Klobuchar and Tina Smith delivering remarks alongside cemetery officials and military representatives – but no governor.
"We are supposed to honor our heroes, and he blows off the veterans?" one attendee told Alpha News reporter Liz Collin. "What a slap in the face."
Nearly 200,000 veterans and their family members are buried at Fort Snelling.
Walz had a speaking slot on the official program and chose not to use it.
Walz Was Dancing at George Floyd Square on the Six-Year Anniversary
While families stood at Fort Snelling without the governor who was supposed to be there, Walz was at George Floyd Square dancing at a street festival.
"Not bad for an old white guy," he said on video while busting a move at the Rise and Remember Festival.
He posted on X the same day: "Six years ago today, George Floyd's murder started a global movement for change."
Megyn Kelly watched the video and didn't hold back.
"Liberal politicians in Minnesota seem to only care about one thing – the death of one man, and one man only, George Floyd," she said on The Megyn Kelly Show. "It was really unbelievable."
"Their public messages around death and dying yesterday on Memorial Day were not about our fallen troops – they were about George f***ing Floyd."
Kelly zeroed in on the dancing footage.
"Walz paid a visit to George Floyd Square in Minneapolis yesterday, dancing," she said. "I'm sure that's not the proper tribute to anyone. He's so happy, he's in his glory – just like Kamala Harris, his old running mate. Whenever he's talking about race and how bad whitey is, that really gives him a Jones."
Megyn Kelly Connects the Dancing Video to Walz's Stolen Valor Record
This is the man who told America he reached command sergeant major, the highest enlisted rank in the Army.
His own platoon mates went on Megyn's show and called it stolen valor.
He retired two months before his unit shipped to Iraq – and spent years afterward claiming a rank his own retirement papers didn't reflect.
"Maybe there's a reason his mind is not so much on the troops, but on George Floyd," Kelly said. "Mr. Stolen Valor didn't have time to go where the actual troops who served showed up to pay tribute to the fallen."
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey ran the same play – the City of Minneapolis official X account posted a Memorial Day tribute to Floyd while the rest of the country honored the fallen in uniform.
Walz Let Minneapolis Burn in 2020 — and Nothing Has Changed
The Trump administration has been cleaning house – DEI gutted from federal agencies, companies retreating, universities backing down.
But Memorial Day 2026 proved the socialist Democrats who started this fire haven't moved an inch.
Six years after BLM riots turned Minneapolis into a war zone – hundreds of millions in property damage, businesses torched, law enforcement officers injured across the city – Walz is still dancing at the shrine they built to start it all.
He delayed calling in the National Guard for days while Minneapolis bled.
Later on Memorial Day, Walz did show up at the Minnesota Veterans Home in Minneapolis.
When he was introduced, veterans and their spouses booed.
Megyn Kelly called it unbelievable.
The veterans at Fort Snelling called it a slap in the face and the ones at the Minnesota Veterans Home booed him to his face.
They're all right – and the voters who buried Tim Walz at the ballot box in 2024 saw this coming all along.
