Jim Jordan Caught Democrats Taking Foreign Donations With Help From Biden’s Lawyer

Democrats spent four years screaming that foreign money in elections was treason.

Jim Jordan just found proof Democrats were doing it themselves – and Biden's own lawyer is the one who documented it.

Now that lawyer has been subpoenaed to tell Congress everything ActBlue tried to bury.

ActBlue Investigation Finds Foreign Donations Flowing to Democrat Campaigns

ActBlue is the Democrat Party's primary online fundraising machine.

Since 2004, it has processed more than $19 billion in donations for Democrat candidates and causes – including nearly $2 billion during the 2024 election cycle alone.

It is, by any measure, the financial backbone of left-wing Democrat fundraising in America.

And for the past three years, Jim Jordan, James Comer, and Bryan Steil have been building a case that ActBlue was letting foreign nationals funnel illegal money through that machine into Democrat campaigns.

Congressional investigators documented at least 237 overseas transactions processed through ActBlue using prepaid cards in a single 30-day window during the 2024 election – donations originating from Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Colombia, Brazil, India, and the Philippines.

Internal records show ActBlue made its fraud standards more lenient twice during the 2024 election cycle.

Employees were trained to "look for reasons to accept contributions" – even when transactions flagged as suspicious.

By March 2025, every member of ActBlue's legal and compliance team had resigned, been fired, or taken "extended leave."

Five current and former ActBlue employees were deposed by congressional investigators – and collectively invoked the Fifth Amendment 146 times.

Two weeks ago, ActBlue CEO Regina Wallace-Jones sat before the House Administration Committee and invoked the Fifth more than 20 times herself – refusing to answer whether foreign money had been funneled to Democrat campaigns.

Jordan and his colleagues gave ActBlue a deadline of June 26 to hand over 422 withheld documents or face contempt of Congress.

Biden White House Counsel Dana Remus Found ActBlue Misled Congress on Fraud

After the 2024 election, ActBlue hired the Washington law firm Covington & Burling to conduct an internal review of its donation practices.

Leading that review was Dana Remus – Joe Biden's White House counsel until 2022.

Remus found that ActBlue may have accepted illegal contributions from foreign nationals – and that CEO Wallace-Jones may have given Congress false information about it.

One memo warned that it could be alleged the violations were "knowing and willful," the legal standard that gives the Justice Department jurisdiction for criminal prosecution.

A second memo warned that Wallace-Jones' 2023 letter to Congress – in which she claimed ActBlue used "multilayered" checks to stop foreign donations – was not accurate.

Those checks, Remus found, were "not always followed."

ActBlue's response was to fire Covington & Burling and publicly smear them – calling their work "tardy," "unprepared," and "bordering on malpractice."

Jordan, Comer, and Steil have now written directly to Remus, demanding every document and communication from her review.

"It is remarkable that ActBlue so publicly smeared you," the chairmen wrote, "especially given your service for President Biden's 2020 presidential campaign and as White House Counsel during the Biden-Harris administration."

Remus has until July 9 to comply.

ActBlue Faces Contempt of Congress as Whistleblowers Detail the Cover-Up

Democrats spent four years telling America that foreign money corrupting elections was the single greatest threat to the republic.

They created the Russia collusion hoax over a lie that Russia meddled in the 2016 election to help Trump.

Meanwhile, their fundraising platform was processing donations from Saudi Arabia and Iraq while training staff to find reasons to accept questionable transactions.

A $19 billion machine doesn't get scrutinized – it gets defended, covered for, and handed attorneys to stall congressional subpoenas for three years.

That's why Wallace-Jones took the Fifth instead of answering a simple question: did foreign money go to Democrat campaigns?

Texas AG Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit, the DOJ and FBI are both investigating, and Trump has ordered the Justice Department to pursue every platform used to launder foreign money into American elections.

Jordan now has Remus – the one witness who put it all in writing – and ActBlue is running out of places to hide.

And the lawyer who told ActBlue it could be looking at criminal prosecution used to work for Joe Biden.

ActBlue fired her for it.
