Ronald Reagan spent eight years fighting communism so his grandchildren would never have to.
Jesse Watters just told America it followed them home anyway.
What he said about how the purge actually works – and who's already on the list – nobody in that party is ready for.
Trump Declares War on Communism After Democrat Socialist Takeover in New York
After three far-left radicals backed by New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani – a self-declared socialist who took his inaugural oath on the Quran – swept the Democrat House primary last Tuesday, President Trump didn't mince words.
"The Communists are finally making their move," Trump posted. "I've been waiting and preparing for this for a long time."
He added: "It's easy to be a Communist – all you have to do is say, 'I'll give you everything.' But that means you're taking it away from others that have earned it. Over thousands of years, that ideology has not worked once."
"The game is on. Enjoy watching!"
On Jesse Watters Primetime, Watters took it from there.
The Democrat Party's leadership is already cracking under the pressure.
The DSA Purge Has Started and Hakeem Jeffries Is Showing No Strength
Watters said: "The Democrats let a bunch of commies into their tent. Now the party's splitting into factions. One faction wants a fight."
He then played a clip of Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro acknowledging the Democrat civil war out loud: "I think what our party has to go through – that will be very healthy, something we've not really done since the 1992 election cycle – is to have a battle over what we believe in."
Watters' read: "The normie wing is calling the commies bomb throwers, not problem solvers. They're right. The commies have a hit list."
That hit list already has names on it.
Mamdani's machine just toppled five-term Rep. Adriano Espaillat – the chairman of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus – in upper Manhattan and the Bronx.
Two-term Rep. Dan Goldman, the man Democrats put front and center during Trump's first impeachment, lost by 30 points.
A third seat flipped to a Mamdani-backed socialist in Brooklyn.
Watters explained the mechanics: "This is how it works in other countries. The commies come in, they take power, then purge. Democrats who don't kiss Mamdani's ring are marked men. There's no power sharing. If you're not with the revolution, you're getting thrown overboard."
It's already happening on live television.
Darializa Avila Chevalier – a former Columbia University protest organizer who just knocked off Espaillat – was asked on Joy Reid's show whether Hakeem Jeffries should fear a primary challenge from Mamdani's operation.
Her answer: "I think anyone who takes a primary or an election for granted is putting themselves in a position of vulnerability."
She hasn't been sworn in yet.
Jeffries was loudly booed when he appeared on a screen at Chevalier’s victory party.
Watters couldn't believe it: "This woman isn't even in Congress yet, and she just pointed at Hakeem Jeffries – the most powerful Democrat in the House – and said, 'Hey bro, watch your back.' The disrespect is crazy."
Watters played Jeffries' response when CNN asked whether his vision for the party aligned with Mamdani's.
Jeffries offered this: "It's important to remember that primaries are a way of life."
Watters chuckled. "Hips so soft."
Trump Saw the Communist Threat Coming While the Democrat Party Civil War Began
Watters put it in historical terms.
"Trump just put it down. This is the most serious threat in 250 years. I thought we beat communism. We won the Cold War."
Then: "Now we have to win it again – in the Bronx."
It worked the same way in every country where communists seized a major party — they got in, took power, then purged everyone who wouldn't bow.
Mamdani's people are already pulling out the tent poles.
Watters saw where this is headed: "Communism never dies because college professors keep it alive. Some Democrats think they can co-opt the communists and take on Trump with bigger energy?"
The party that spent three years obsessing over Trump never noticed what was walking through their door.
Trump noticed.
He's been waiting and preparing for a long time.
The game is on.
