Foreign Spy Schools Are Using the Deep State 2020 Election Cover Up To Train Their Own Cadets

Tulsi Gabbard fired 37 spies for burying the truth about Russia and Trump.

Newly declassified emails prove they were not the only ones.

Foreign intelligence agencies from Rome to Tel Aviv have gotten their hands on what those officials did — and they are using it.

Tradecraft Classes Around the World Now Study How America's Deep State Buried China Election Intelligence

Barry Zulauf spent years as the intelligence community's internal watchdog before he wrote a 2021 report that should have ended careers.

Instead, career analysts kept their jobs, one landed a contributor gig at CNN, and Zulauf's findings became a training manual for foreign spies studying how American intelligence went rogue.

Zulauf told the Daily Caller News Foundation that tradecraft classes in Italy, Canada, Israel and other nations now study the way senior officials manipulated intelligence about Russian and Chinese election meddling based on their feelings about Trump.

Foreign cadets are being trained on America's intelligence betrayal.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence responded by adding new instruction on politicization to its own orientation program.

The Declassified Documents Exposing How CIA Analysts Hid China Intelligence From Trump

Zulauf's report documented analysts who buried intelligence rather than hand Trump ammunition against Beijing.

Analysts refused to bring forward their China analysis because they opposed Trump's policies toward Beijing, telling colleagues they did not want their intelligence used to support those policies, Zulauf wrote.

One analyst put a finer point on it — refusing to send intelligence to the White House because it would be used by "that vulgarian in the Oval Office."

That is the line foreign spy schools are now teaching.

Two intelligence officials tried to sound the alarm on Chinese election interference in October 2020.

CIA management pressured those officials to suppress their concerns, Zulauf's report states.

John Ratcliffe, then Director of National Intelligence and now CIA Director, backed the whistleblowers.

Ratcliffe wrote that Russia and China were assessed and communicated to policymakers differently, potentially leaving the false impression that Russia sought to influence the election but China did not.

Career analysts accused Ratcliffe of politicizing intelligence for saying so.

NSA Buried a Finished Report on China Election Interference for Fourteen Months

A 2004 law requires spies to produce reporting independent of political considerations.

An NSA report on China and the 2016 election was ready in December 2018.

Leadership sat on it for fourteen months, calling it too "sensational" to release.

The deputy director who blocked it gave the real reason in a March 2020 meeting.

He was concerned that releasing the report, with an acting ODNI tasked to "clean house" and an administration suspicious of the intelligence community, would damage the NSA's credibility.

He protected the agency's image instead of warning his own president his country was under attack.

An NSA analyst who watched it happen couldn't stay quiet.

"I said that we did not know why we were here, trying to defend the election and identify threats to it, if we were unable to actually report what those threats were…" the frustrated analyst wrote.

This Is The Same Playbook From The Russia Hoax

Anyone shocked by this China cover up hasn't been paying attention to the Russia Hoax.

Tulsi Gabbard already proved Obama's team ran the exact same scheme in reverse.

Gabbard declassified documents proving that Obama administration officials manufactured intelligence to build the Trump Russia collusion hoax.

Deputy Director of National Intelligence Beth Sanner connects both scandals directly.

Zulauf confirmed to the Daily Caller News Foundation that Sanner was among the IC leaders implicated in his China report.

Sanner also told a reporter she helped declassify the discredited January 2017 Russia assessment in a way that protected former CIA Director John Brennan's key source, allegedly an expatriated Russian national named Oleg Smolenkov.

Gabbard revoked Sanner's clearance in August 2025 along with three dozen other officials.

The same officials used China and Russia as weapons against the same president.

Tulsi Gabbard Stripped Their Clearances and No Indictments Have Followed

Sanner walked out of government and straight into a national security analyst chair at CNN, still shaping how millions of Americans think about intelligence.

She never answered for either scandal — no hearing, no charges, just a television contract.

Most of the documents behind the China cover up remain classified.

Trump already declassified the voter data intelligence these officials sat on for years.

The intelligence community detected Chinese acquisition of U.S. voter databases containing tens of millions of files in 2020, growing to roughly 220 million by 2023 while the Biden administration took no action.

Foreign spy schools already turned this story into a lesson plan.

Washington still hasn't turned it into a single indictment.
