Kamala Harris spent four years as Vice President of the United States and couldn't answer a basic question about her own job.
Now two of the sharpest voices in conservative media said out loud what millions of Americans already knew.
The exchange they replayed will remind you exactly why she lost every single swing state last November.
Kamala Harris Border Czar Moment That Defined Her Failures
Bill O'Reilly appeared on The Adam Carolla Show and the two men did what the mainstream press refused to do for four years – they told the truth about Kamala Harris.
Carolla set it up by asking whether Harris tried to flip-flop on her radical positions the way Biden and Gavin Newsom do to stay politically viable.
O'Reilly's answer was four words.
"She's not smart enough," he said.
Carolla didn't miss a beat.
"She's not smart enough, but she's against fracking. Now she's for fracking. She was for transing the illegals in prison," Carolla said. "And to flip-flop, it takes a very skilled hand to pull that off. And she's just not skilled enough to do that."
Then Carolla went back to the moment that defined her entire tenure – the June 2021 interview where NBC anchor Lester Holt asked Harris why she hadn't visited the southern border.
Harris told Holt she had been to the border. Holt corrected her.
"You haven't been to the border," Holt said.
"And I haven't been to Europe," Harris replied. "I don't understand the point that you're making."
Carolla let that land for a beat.
"You're the border czar. He's asking if you've been to the border that you're the czar of. Why is that a confusing question for you?" he said. "She's stupid. I agree."

Biden designated Harris as his administration's point person on the border crisis on March 24, 2021.
Her mission was to find the "root causes" of illegal immigration from Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras.
Biden handed the keys to the woman who wanted to abolish ICE and called the border wall a "stupid use of money" – and then acted surprised when she did nothing.
She went to Guatemala. She went to Mexico.
She did not visit the southern border until 93 days after receiving the assignment – and even then traveled to El Paso, 800 miles from the Lower Rio Grande Valley where the worst of the crisis was unfolding.
Jon Anfinsen, executive vice president of the National Border Patrol Council, put it plainly. When Harris' name came up at the border, it got "a lot of eye rolls."
O'Reilly explained exactly why she couldn't do the job even when the political winds demanded she try.
"Once you get at a certain level, you're under scrutiny all the time," he said. "And you've got to be aware of what's happening around you. And Newsom is."
Harris wasn't.
Under her watch, Customs and Border Protection recorded approximately 10 million illegal immigrant encounters nationwide – the highest ever recorded in American history.
More than 2 million known gotaways evaded Border Patrol entirely – more than the entire previous decade combined.
From fiscal year 2021 through mid-2024, agents arrested 52,058 illegal aliens with criminal backgrounds – nearly double the number arrested during all four years of Trump's first term.
The House passed a bipartisan resolution on July 25, 2024, formally condemning Harris for her failure as border czar.
Six Democrats voted for it.
Then she ran for president and lost all seven swing states.
O'Reilly had Biden's calculation figured out perfectly.
"I'm going to get to the root cause of why millions of people want to come to the United States," he said, paraphrasing the original assignment. "Of course, the root cause was they wanted to make money. That was it. She did nothing about the border catastrophe. And Biden was more than happy to give it to her because Biden couldn't, wouldn't do anything either."
He paused.
"She didn't stop one person. Not one."
Now she's telling interviewers she "might" run again in 2028.
She told podcaster Sharon McMahon she "hasn't decided" – then told the BBC she could "possibly" still be president one day.
The woman who couldn't answer Lester Holt's question about her own job wants another shot at the top one.
O'Reilly and Carolla didn't say anything the voters didn't already know.
They just said it out loud – and apparently Harris didn't hear them.
