Democrats would rather hire an illegal alien than an American – and they have been doing it for years.
They are canvassing for Democrats in one of the most important House races this fall.
What ICE found when they caught up with him is the last thing Democrats need three weeks before Election Day.
Pennsylvania's 10th Congressional District could decide who controls the House this November.
Scott Perry has held that seat since 2013, and he is now one of the Democrats' top targets in the country.
He is a retired Army brigadier general, a five-time Club for Growth Defender of Economic Freedom, and the former chairman of the House Freedom Caucus.
Perry and his Democrat challenger, Janelle Stelson, spent more than $24 million between them in 2024 – and Perry survived by fewer than 5,200 votes.
Democrats are coming back harder in 2026, with Stelson already outraising Perry $6.3 million to $5.2 million.
They are also, apparently, sending illegal aliens door to door to do it.
ICE Arrested Janelle Stelson's Canvasser on Indecent Exposure Charges in Pennsylvania
Chimaobim Adedayo Igbojekwe entered the United States legally from Nigeria in June 2017, overstayed his visa by two years, and in September 2021 Joe Biden handed him deferred action status – the kind of gift that lets you stay in a country you have no legal right to be in.
On September 27, an East Pennsboro Township police officer found Igbojekwe parked in a residential neighborhood near children.
When the officer approached the vehicle, Igbojekwe opened the door with his genitals fully exposed.
He claimed he was there to distribute flyers for Janelle Stelson's congressional campaign and showed the officer the stack.
He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and ICE arrested him on October 1.
ICE Deputy Director Charles Wall: "It's unbelievable that Janelle Stelson would employ an illegal alien to work on a Congressional campaign, let alone a pervert who exposed himself in public."
Biden Kept Him in the Country and Democrats Put Him to Work
Janelle Stelson is not some fringe candidate – she nearly beat Scott Perry in 2024 by fewer than 5,200 votes in a district Cook Political Report now rates as a toss-up.
Someone was working her Pennsylvania territory without pants.
Stelson's campaign manager Alma Baker said Igbojekwe was "not and has never been employed" by the campaign, and his name does not appear in FEC filings.
The police report tells a different story.
Igbojekwe told officers he was there for Stelson, and he had her flyers to prove it.
The NRCC spokesman said: "Radical lunatic Janelle Stelson oversees her own failing campaign the way she'd like to see the border enforced – zero standards, no accountability, and a welcome mat for illegal creeps."
Democrats have been running this play for a decade.
In 2022, the Democrat Senate Campaign Committee paid $500,000 to La Machine Consulting – a canvassing operation owned by Antonio Valdovinos, a self-described illegal alien and DACA recipient – to canvass three battleground states ahead of the midterms.
The FEC classifies DACA recipients as foreign nationals, making that a federal campaign finance violation. Democrats walked away without a charge.
Before that, in 2016, illegal aliens were openly canvassing and volunteering for Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders – some as paid campaign staff.
Democrats built this infrastructure deliberately. They did not stumble into it.
Biden let Igbojekwe stay long after he had no legal right to be here, and that deferred action status – the same program Biden used to wave hundreds of thousands through – put an indecent exposure suspect into a Pennsylvania neighborhood with a stack of campaign flyers three weeks before Election Day.
Stelson says she didn't hire him, but someone handed that man her literature and pointed him at a residential street, and until she explains exactly who did that and why, she doesn't get to run from this story.
Scott Perry's district covers Dauphin, Cumberland, and York Counties – communities where parents send kids to the park, and where a Nigerian visa overstayer Biden protected was exposing himself and canvassing for a Democrat.
The man Democrats had working that territory was an illegal alien Biden shielded, caught with his pants off near children, and deported by ICE.
That's the Democrat coalition in 2026 – one car, one stack of flyers, and no pants.
