The country has been rocked by a four-year border crisis under Joe Biden.

Donald Trump’s incoming administration is walking into a disaster.

And Trump’s new Border Czar is going scorched earth after the shocking details of this illegal alien’s arrest were revealed.

ICE prepares to deport an illegal alien for the 7th time

President-elect Donald Trump is returning to Washington, D.C. to secure the border and conduct the largest mass deportation operation in American history.

Every day, criminal illegal aliens are committing heinous acts throughout the nation.

An arrest and deportation by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in the Boston area revealed the challenge awaiting Trump and his new Border Czar, Tom Homan, when they take office in January.

Julio Cesar Hernandez Funez, a 41-year-old illegal alien from Honduras, was deported from the United States for the seventh time.

Funez has felony convictions for disorderly conduct, assault and battery, driving under the influence, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and unauthorized entry.

He was arrested on drug trafficking charges in his native Honduras.

ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) caught him after he crossed the northern border from Canada.

“Hernandez is a repeat offender who’s unlawfully entered the United States at least seven times, and he’s committed crimes against innocent people nearly every time,” ERO Boston acting Field Office Director Patricia Hyde said. “He’s been arrested in multiple states — including in Texas in 2001 — where Border Patrol agents found him hiding in the trunk of a car at a checkpoint.”

Funez realized that it was easier to sneak into the country through the largely unsecured border with Canada.

“He unlawfully entered the United States through Canada in February of this year, and our U.S. Customs and Border Protection partners arrested him in Derby Line, Vermont,” Hyde added. “ERO Boston removed him last week.”

The illegal alien from Honduras was deported in 2006, 2013, 2014, two times in 2015, 2016, and 2024.

Securing the border will keep ICE from having to continually deport violent illegal aliens from the country.

Seven-time deportee was a member of a gang

An earlier release from ICE revealed that an unnamed illegal alien, whose arrest details and deportation dates match Funez, admitted in federal immigration that he was a member of a violent Latin American gang.

The illegal alien told the court he was Sicario’s New Yorkers-XV-18 branch of the 18th Street Gang.

New England is becoming a magnet for illegal alien gangs because of the sanctuary policies in the region.

Massachusetts reaffirmed its commitment to being a so-called “sanctuary state” after Trump’s victory.

The state has dealt with a surge in illegal immigration and crime during the Biden-Harris border crisis, but it’s doubling down on the same failed policies.

Massachusetts Democrat Governor Maura Healey vowed that her state wouldn’t cooperate with any effort by the Trump administration to deport illegal aliens.

Center for Immigration Studies director of policy Jessica Vaughan warned that the state’s sanctuary policies were enabling criminals.

“Sanctuary policies make these communities magnets for foreign criminals where the police don’t even know who they may be pulling over,” Vaughan explained. “They can hide in plain sight. Some may have red alerts from Interpol out on them and the local police will not hold them allowing them to skip out [on being prosecuted].”
