There’s still a little over two months left before Joe Biden’s Presidency ends and Donald Trump takes office again.

But Democrats and the media have already started attacking the President-elect and his future administration.

And House Speaker Mike Johnson made one confession about Donald Trump’s cabinet nominees that made CNN viewers panic.

President-elect Donald Trump’s historic victory over Kamala Harris already had Democrats and their media allies in a frenzy.

But they really melted down when Donald Trump started announcing his cabinet nominations.

The New York Times accused Trump of seeking “retribution” with his selections.

“A Fox News ally for defense secretary, a former Democrat-turned-Trump-World-celebrity to oversee 18 spy agencies, a right-wing provocateur for the nation’s top law enforcement job,” the New York Times wrote, before adding that “President-elect Donald J. Trump’s picks for top government jobs continued to roll in fast and furiously on Wednesday, and his promise to build a presidential administration fueled by retribution quickly came into view.”

The Times singled out Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) as Attorney General, Fox News’ Pete Hegseth as Defense Secretary, former Democrat Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard as Director of National Intelligence, and former Presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr. as Secretary of Health and Human Services.

Of all the nominees, Democrats are throwing the biggest fit over Gaetz – although Gabbard, RFK, and Hegseth aren’t far behind.

In the hours leading up to his nomination, Gaetz offered some advice to Trump on how to fill his cabinet with the right people.

“We ought to have a full-court press against this WEAPONIZED government that has been turned against our people,” Gaetz wrote on social media in a since-deleted post. “And if that means abolishing every one of the three letter agencies, from the FBI to the ATF, I’m ready to get going!”

But it’s not just Democrats and the establishment media who are working to undermine Trump’s nominees.

Never-Trump RINOs are also furious about Trump nominating Gaetz as his Attorney General.

Senator Lisa Murkowski (RINO-AK) said Gaetz is “not a serious candidate.”

“If I wanted to make a joke, maybe I would say now I’m waiting for George Santos to be named,” she said.

There’s a reason why the Deep State fears Matt Gaetz.

Not only is he a staunch supporter of Trump’s America First agenda, but he also introduced a bill that would have limited sentences for January 6 political prisoners and he led the ouster of former establishment hack Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (RINO-CA).

McCarthy was replaced by Speaker Mike Johnson (RINO-LA) after Gaetz led a motion to vacate.

Of course, Johnson is also a RINO hack who stabbed conservatives in the back on President Joe Biden’s big spending and government spying, limitless taxpayer funding for Ukraine, the reauthorization of unconstitutional mass surveillance of Americans, and so much more.

But Johnson spent Saturday with Donald Trump at the UFC fight and appeared on CNN’s State of the Union on Sunday to discuss his cabinet nominees.

Johnson told host Jake Tapper that Trump knows exactly what he’s doing with his selections.

“What I’ll say about the nominees, that the President has put forward, is that they are persons who will shake up the status quo, and I think what the American people have believed and what they’ve delivered with the mandate in this election is a demand that we shake up the status quo,” Johnson said. “It’s not working for the American people, so use the term in the opening about how these are disruptors, they are, I think, by design,” he continued. “Any President has the right to name their own cabinet, to nominate persons that they think the people that are on this list will do that.”

Johnson said the “agencies need reform” and Trump’s selections “will go into the agencies that they’re being asked to lead and they will reform them.”

Unlike Democrats, Johnson admitted he’s excited about the future now that Trump is taking office in January.

“I’m really excited about the days ahead, I think the America first policies will deliver for the American people,” he said. “I think we’re going to have a warm embrace of all the new folks who came into the Republican Party in this election cycle, the demographic shifts that we saw that were historic because we have a chance now to demonstrate for them that our policies are conservative, constitutional policies, common sense policies are best for them as individuals and families and and communities and states in the nation as a whole.”

In closing, Johnson encouraged the Senate to “do its job and get them appointed so that the President Donald Trump and J.D. Vance can begin that administration.”

Mike Johnson is a RINO who has proven that he will sell out conservatives in a heartbeat.

But Donald Trump is the one Republican who may be able to keep Johnson in line to fight for America First policies.
