Kamala Harris has been running away from her past this election.
But it’s finally starting to catch up with her.
And one awful word came back to haunt Kamala Harris at the worst possible time.
Kamala claims the Biden economy is doing great
President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris spent the last three and a half years lying to the public about the economy.
They claimed that the crippling inflation crisis was merely “transitory” when it was on its way to four-decade highs.
Democrats and their media allies tried to claim that while working class Americans were struggling to make ends meet, the economy was somehow in the midst of a Biden-Harris boom – they literally told Americans that what they were experiencing firsthand wasn’t real.
Biden began trying to tout his “Bidenomics” agenda, but it went over like a lead balloon with the public so the White House eventually dropped the branding.
Kamala boasted that Bidenomics was working and even went so far as to claim “we love Bidenomics,” while Americans’ cost of living skyrocketed, leaving tens of millions living paycheck to paycheck while praying that no unexpected bill popped up.

Bidenomics will come back to bite Kamala
New Hampshire Republican Governor Chris Sununu predicted that Bidenomics would come back to haunt Kamala this election during an appearance on ABC’s This Week.
Host Martha Raddatz lamented that voters have more trust in former President Donald Trump’s ability to handle the economy than Kamala by an overwhelming margin.
The self-proclaimed “journalist” tried to do damage control for the Democrat Vice President by complaining that Trump’s proposed tariffs would wreck the economy.
“Economists predict that would cause inflation to spike again. How are those good for Americans?” Raddatz said.
Sununu explained to Raddatz that tariffs aren’t an issue that moves the needle with voters.
“Look, the tariff issues are complex,” Sununu said. “When it comes to the voter, where this election is going, no voter is voting on tariffs. It’s a very complex thing.”
The economic issues that voters care about are the ones that hit close to home.
“When it comes to the economy, what that really means is, can I afford to bring my kids to McDonald’s?” Sununu explained. “Can I afford to pay the rent, right? The economy is really translating to a cost of living issue when it comes to people in the ballot box.”
The New Hampshire Governor said that the tariff issue would resolve itself after the election.
“From the political standpoint, it’s quasi-meaningless,” Sununu said of tariffs. “It’s the cost of living. Can I afford to buy stuff today that I could buy four years ago?”
Raddatz and Democrats hoped to keep the economic discussion on Trump’s tariffs instead of kitchen table issues.
That is where Kamala is going to pay a price politically, according to Sununu.
“The Bidenomics thing is coming back to haunt Biden and Kamala Harris especially,” Sununu declared. “When you’re told by the government you’re fine, Bidenomics is working for you. It’s the worst form of gaslighting. It’s so condescending because not all the ads or all the messages from a politician are going to tell you that your lived experience isn’t real.”
A Gallup poll found that 52% of Americans said their personal financial situation is worse off than it was four years ago.
That’s a higher number than in any election since 1984.
Former President George H.W. Bush lost his re-election bid in 1992 after just 46% of Americans said they were worse off than they were when he took office.
The economy remains Kamala Harris’ greatest danger on Election Day.
