The assassination attempts against Donald Trump rocked his family and at least half the nation.

But Melania Trump could instantly tell something was off.

And Melania Trump just revealed one suspiciously overlooked detail about the first assassination attempt against her husband.

Melania Trump questions security provided to her husband

A would-be assassin shot former President Donald Trump in the head at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13.

Two months later, a second would-be assassin tried his hand at taking out Trump while the former President was at one of his Florida golf courses.

The federal investigations into both assassination attempts are moving along at a glacial pace.

For former First Lady Melania Trump, enough was enough.

She posted a video on social media questioning the monumental security lapses at the Pennsylvania rally that endangered her husband, and hinted that a cover-up may be at hand.

“I can’t help but wonder: Why didn’t law enforcement officials arrest the shooter before the speech? There is definitely more to this story. And we need to uncover the truth,” Melania Trump stated.

A Senate report on that assassination attempt pointed out that a Secret Service surveillance team could have prevented the shooting.

Trump wasn’t assigned a surveillance team even though the Secret Service knew Trump’s rally would attract 15,000 attendees.

Oddly enough, Jill Biden got assigned a surveillance team for her event in nearby Pittsburgh, which drew a crowd of just 410.

Melania tells Fox News something is very wrong

Fox News’ Ainsley Earhardt mentioned the video Melania posted to social media in the context of the latest news that the Office of the Director of National Intelligence briefed Trump on credible threats that the Iranian government organized kill teams to assassinate him.

Earhardt mentioned the second assassination attempt in this context, and wondered why the Secret Service let the gunman set up a sniper’s nest on Trump’s golf course.

“And then we were told this week and we were told that authorities have already known this for a while, that there wasn’t a Iranian plot to kill your husband. So I watched this video that you released on social media questioning the first assassination attempt for the second one. If they knew that there was this plot, why didn’t they sweep the golf course?”

Melania Trump wondered that as well.

“You know, it’s interesting how quiet everything became all of the mainstream media. There were few days, reporting about July 13th event, and everything then became quiet. So I had a lot of questions. What’s going on? This is not normal,” Melania Trump replied.

There was intense reporting on the first assassination attempt.

Shortly thereafter, federal authorities arrested a Pakistani national with ties to Iran for trying to put together a murder-for-hire plot targeting Trump.

Melania Trump, and many other Americans, are wondering if the Biden-Harris regime is interested in protecting Donald Trump.

Another disturbing story that raises questions about what the answer to that really comes when the Biden-Harris regime forced Trump to cancel a rally in the swing state of Ohio after telling his team it wouldn’t provide the security necessary because of the U.N. General Assembly taking place in New York.
