Megyn Kelly isn’t afraid to spar with members of the media.
She didn’t pull any punches about one of her rivals.
And Megyn Kelly had three words for an MSNBC host that left her seething with rage.
Megyn Kelly mocks Joy Reid after she’s fired by MSNBC
MSNBC has been in turmoil since the 2024 Election.
Ratings at the left-wing cable news network had been in freefall with its prime-time audience falling by more than 50%.
MSNBC made a major shakeup of its lineup that included firing prime-time host Joy Ried.
She had been a staple at the network since 2014 and became the most unhinged host.
Reid became known for constantly playing the race card on her show and dutifully parroting Democrat talking points.
Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly said that she was “thrilled” that Reid got the boot from MSNBC on her SiriusXM show.
“I’m so torn! I’m thrilled she’s gone, she literally was the most racist person on television,” Kelly said.
Kelly was sad that she wouldn’t be able to mock Reid’s ignorance anymore.
“But we won’t have her to kick around anymore, there’s a little sadness in that. This is one of the many reasons why most of us are absolutely delighted to see her get fired from this show,” Kelly continued. “We’ll miss her a little I guess.”
The former Fox News host noted that Reid’s show was behind CNN in the ratings and only had an audience of 59,000 in one of its final episodes.
“It is true that among the dumbest people over at MSNBC, she appears to have been the dumbest and the worst-rated,” Kelly said.
She marveled at the collapse in MSNBC’s ratings with some shows competing with Leave it to Beaver reruns.
“These are all terrible, terrible, terrible numbers, and that’s one of the many reasons Joy Reid is out because she was not only a racist – very obvious and incredibly alienating – but she didn’t rate and I think she lasted longer than she otherwise would have, given the fact that she constantly played the race card,” Kelly explained.
Joy Reid’s tearful goodbye slammed by Kelly
Reid broke down in tears on the Win With Black Women podcast after her show was canceled by MSNBC.
“I’ve been through every emotion from, you know, anger, rage, disappointment, hurt . . . guilt,” Reid said. “Where I come down on that is I’m not sorry. I am not sorry that I stood up for those, those things, because those things are of God.”
Kelly mocked Reid for crying on social media after the former MSNBC host attacked white people for crying.
“Remember when Joy Reid laughingly mocked ‘white women tears’ as pathetic and offensive to her? Who’s crying now, Joy?” Kelly wrote on X. “Good riddance to the absolute worst person on television, and shame on NBC for letting it go on this long.”
Reid mocked Kyle Rittenhouse during his 2021 trial for self-defense for crying on the witness stand.
She also claimed that white women busted out the tears to get away with things.
MSNBC’s downward spiral will continue without the most racist host on cable TV.
