Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta – the parent company for Facebook and Instagram – helped censor the Hunter Biden laptop story ahead of the 2020 election.
But with Donald Trump heading back to the White House, the Facebook founder is pretending as though he’s undergone a major change of heart.
And Mark Zuckerberg just made a $1 million donation that has Trump supporters demanding answers.
The New York Post’s bombshell story about the Hunter Biden laptop would have likely changed the outcome of the 2020 election if not for the censorship of the Deep State and their Big Tech allies.
The story was censored from social media while the mainstream media ran a smear campaign to discredit the story as “Russian disinformation.”
Of course, the FBI verified the laptop as being real in 2019.
But Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg kept it under wraps until he was forced to admit it during a 2022 interview with Joe Rogan in which he agreed that the story shouldn’t have been censored.
After helping lead the censorship regime, Zuckerberg has been attempting an about face in recent months.
In August, he sent a letter to the Judiciary Committee and apologized for his role in censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Zuckerberg told the Committee that he only did so after pressure from the Biden regime.
“I believe the government pressure was wrong, and I regret that we were not more outspoken about it,” Zuckerberg wrote. “I also think we made some choices that, with the benefit of hindsight and new information, we wouldn’t make today.”
And after Trump’s landslide victory, his supporters were shocked when news broke that Zuckerberg attended a dinner with the President-elect at his home in Mar-a-Lago.
“Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg reportedly dined with President-elect Donald Trump at his home in Mar-a-Lago on Wednesday,” Breitbart reported. “Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg visited Mar-a-Lago on Wednesday, just months after the tech entrepreneur publicly praised President-elect Trump following the July 13 assassination attempt.”
But Trump informed his supporters that Zuckerberg called him after the assassination attempt, and they have been on friendlier terms.
“So, Mark Zuckerberg called me,” Trump said on Fox News. “He called me after the event and he said that was really amazing,” he continued. “And he actually announced that he’s not going to support a Democrat because he can’t because he respected me for what I did that day.”
And now, the Wall Street Journal just reported that Zuckerberg donated $1 million to Trump’s inaugural fund.
Zuckerberg’s $1 million comes after reports surfaced that he is seeking a role in Trump’s tech policy.
“Meta’s top policy executive said Mark Zuckerberg wants to play an ‘active role’ in shaping tech regulations under President-elect Donald Trump’s administration – and admitted the social media giant ‘overdid it a bit’ while moderating pandemic-related content,” the New York Post reported.
Mark Zuckerberg was at the tip of the censorship regime’s spear for the past few years.
He censored information about the laptop and also about COVID.
But he claims to have had a change of heart after Trump survived an assassination attempt.
Only time will tell if Zuckerberg is sincere, but Trump supporters will remain skeptical of him until proven otherwise.
