Democrats are trying to find their footing after the election.

Democrats are hurting the United States around the world with woke foreign aid
Tesla CEO Elon Musk and his team at the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) discovered that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) was a massive slush fund for spreading the woke agenda around the world.
The agency with a more than $50 billion budget was funding sex-change operations in Guatemala, transgender comic books in South America, and left-wing media in the United States and around the globe.
USAID was exporting a woke ideological agenda globally.
President Donald Trump moved to shut down the agency after it was exposed as a taxpayer-backed slush fund.
Hoover Institution fellow Victor Davis Hanson said it’s “ironic how the Left globally imposes out-of-mainstream values” during an appearance on Fox News Channel’s The Ingraham Angle.
“I think a lot of the receiving countries may not be as angry at being cut off as we think, because it’s very ironic the Left turned out to be 19th-century cultural imperialists that were trying to impose their own values way out of the mainstream on these traditional societies that resented that,” Hanson said. “And the money mostly went to elites anyway, that they never saw much of it.”
The woke LGBTQ agenda supported by USAID is wildly out of step with most countries around the world.
USAID hid in broad daylight
Hanson was surprised that USAID’s reckless spending went unnoticed for so long.
“I think they understand that they cannot defend these expenditures,” Hanson stated. “They’re corrupt. They’re unnecessary. Many of them are probably unlawful, so they go on offense and call Elon Musk names.”
Democrats have trained their fire on Musk and DOGE after they exposed the corruption at USAID.
“I was shocked that we were told, Laura, for the last four years that Big Deal Anthony Fauci only routed $600,000 to Wuhan through Echo Health,” Hanson explained. “It couldn’t have mattered at all. They knew the entire time that USAID was putting $40 million into the Wuhan laboratory in China.”
USAID became a way to funnel money around the world for pet political projects.
“Samantha Power came out and said, ‘The Chinese are going to be so happy that we’re cutting all of these USAID programs.’ You know, they’re very angry because they’re not getting $40 million for their lab,” Hanson said.
Hanson dismissed the attacks on Musk claiming his work with DOGE was unlawful.
“They keep saying Elon Musk, Elon Musk, he doesn’t have a statutory role in actually making the cuts,” Hanson explained. “He’s an auditor. He just goes through. He says these are the things that we find wasteful, and then the president, either himself or through his cabinet officers, makes the actual cuts, and they know that. And it’s just a lie, and we’ve seen it before with informal advisors.”
He compared it to the role that Harry Hopkins had under President Franklin Roosevelt as an advisor and administrator of New Deal programs.
“Harry Hopkins under FDR, he moved into the White House and advised Roosevelt every day,” Hanson stated. “No one thought that he was an insurrectionist.”
Democrats are grasping at straws trying to find a way to attack Donald Trump.
