Democrats are pulling out all the stops to block Donald Trump’s agenda.

They’re trying to grind everything to a halt.

And Laura Ingraham discovered one awful plot by Democrats to sabotage Donald Trump.

Democrats turn to activist judges to stop the Trump agenda

Democrats are powerless in the minority in Congress so they’ve turned to shopping for friendly judges to thwart President Donald Trump’s agenda.

A flurry of lawsuits from Democrat state Attorneys General and government employee unions has allowed Democrat judges to prevent Trump from being President.

One district court judge ruled that Secretary of Treasury Scott Bessent couldn’t access data from the Treasury Department.

Unelected judges are trying to prevent Trump from using the powers the Constitution gave him.

Representative Chip Roy (R-TX) slammed activist judges for trying to undermine the Trump administration during an appearance on Fox News’ The Ingraham Angle

“The absurdity of the fact that these activist judges are stepping in and trying to tell the President of the United States, who is the chief executive of our government, that he can’t have his designees or himself look at information,” Roy said.

Lawsuits started flying when SpaceX CEO Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) began to expose waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government.

“Go down and look and make sure that Social Security numbers aren’t duplicated,” Roy told host Laura Ingraham. “Go try to expose all of the ridiculous programs that the American people sent him to Washington to expose. [It] tells you how corrupt and how, frankly, self-important judges think they are.”

Judges are abusing a little-known law from the 1940s

Roy said the 1946 Administrative Procedures Act was being abused by judges to expand their power.

The law says that federal agencies must avoid actions that are “arbitrary and capricious,” which Democrat judges think is every action the Trump administration makes.

“And they’re using and abusing, you know, the Administrative Procedures Act,” Roy explained. “You’re very familiar with it, based on your legal background and knowledge, and, you know, they’re using that as what arbitrary and capricious standard to say they can do whatever they want. And the fact is, they can’t.”

Roy argued that Congress needed to take a look at the nearly 80-year-old law.

“And that’s one of the things, to answer your question, Congress may need to take a look at whether we amend that statute or change it in some form or fashion,” Roy added.

The Texas lawmaker pointed out that these same judges looked the other way on former President Joe Biden’s actions.

“So we’ve got to look at the judges themselves, right, and review what are these guys doing,” Roy said. “And then how do they think they’re empowered to do it? But consider that in the last administration, Joe Biden literally put out executive orders telling ICE that you can’t even really enforce the law. So criminals can run amok and endanger Americans, but that’s OK.”

Roy was outraged that a judge would stop Trump from trying to prevent Social Security fraud.

“President Trump wants to go down and look at Social Security data to make sure it’s not being duplicated so our records aren’t being stolen and so we can be protected,” Roy explained. “And somehow he’s the bad guy. Or by the way, fire bureaucrats. You got a judge coming in and saying, ‘Oh, the president can’t fire bureaucrats.’ Yes, he can. He’s the chief executive. Of course, he can fire bureaucrats.”

The Supreme Court will have to step in and smack down this judicial coup against the President.
