It seems Kamala Harris can’t seem to get out of her own way these days.
Her problems are becoming too big for the media to hide.
And Kamala Harris was blindsided when CNN gave her the worst news about Donald Trump.
CNN admits that Trump is more popular than ever
Vice President Kamala Harris surged out of the gates when she entered the Presidential race in July.
The near-perfect launch of her campaign – aided by billions of dollars in donations from ruling class and corporate elites, not to mention billions more in free propaganda from Democrats’ media allies – allowed her to overtake former President Donald Trump in battleground state polls.
But the political winds have seemingly shifted against her in recent weeks.
CNN senior political data reporter Harry Enten revealed a surprising fact about Trump to the left-wing cable news network’s viewers.
The former President’s popularity has jumped from where it was in the 2016 and 2020 elections.
Trump has become more popular after an onslaught of Democrat attacks and a relentless media smear campaign.
But Enten cautioned that the Presidential election isn’t just a popularity contest.
“Joe Biden was more popular than Trump, much more, and he barely won, and Hillary Clinton was more popular than Donald Trump and lost,” Enten explained. “Being more popular than Trump isn’t enough.”
He noted that Trump’s popularity is still underwater but higher than in either of his previous two Presidential elections.
“If you believe he has somehow become less popular over time, let me change your mind about that,” Enten said. “In fact, he is more popular at this point in the campaign than he was at this point in the 2020 campaign or the 2016 campaign.”
Warning signs for Kamala’s campaign in the homestretch
Enten believes that Kamala’s “momentum” in the race has “stalled out.”
The Democrat Vice President peaked after the first Presidential debate in September and has apparently been losing ground to Trump in polling since then.
Kamala came into the Presidential race as the most unpopular Vice President in modern American history.
She started the race in July with a -17 favorability rating.
The media ran a relentless propaganda campaign for Kamala after she entered the race that portrayed her as former President Barack Obama in a skirt – even though she doesn’t actually have even an ounce of the political talent Obama has.
Hollywood and pop culture treated her like an icon.
Americans saw a media-generated image of Kamala that didn’t match reality.
But it sent her favorability rating soaring to +1 in September around the time of the debate.
Now that voters have begun to see more of her outside the filter of the media, they’re discovering why they didn’t like her in the first place.
As a result, Kamala’s favorability has dipped to -1.
She’s becoming less popular the more she puts herself out there.
“I think there’s this real question in. Kamala Harris’s mind, in the campaign’s mind: why is Trump more popular now than he was at this point in 2020 and 2016?” Enten said. “And I think that is why you’re seeing the sharpening of attacks because they want to put him back down to here.”
Democrats have hurled every attack against Donald Trump under the sun for the better part of the past decade.
Trying to find something that will stick is going to be a nearly impossible task for Kamala’s campaign.
