Donald Trump’s decisive election victory has sent Democrats into hysterics, with left-wing politicians and media figures playing the blame game.
While some have admitted their role in his victory, others have blamed the majority of Americans who voted for him, calling them every terrible name in the book.
And Kamala Harris may never recover after Katie Couric put her ineptitude on full display.
Kamala just got a tongue-lashing from this media ally
On Election Day, the majority of American voters cast their vote for Donald Trump, sending a clear message to Washington, D.C. and the mainstream media that enough is enough.
Already, many mainstream media outlets have made some considerable changes, firing key members of their staff, and in some cases, even building bridges with the incoming Trump administration.
Just the other day, media personality Katie Couric criticized Kamala Harris’ speaking skills on her show Next Question with Katie Couric.
While speaking with MSNBC host and former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, Couric stated, “I always find that people do better when they’re asked really challenging, pointed questions. I always felt that way about Hillary Clinton.”
“If you are giving them these almost weird, like, amorphous softballs, it’s really hard to kind of hone your message and be succinct and say what you really need to say…” Couric added.
Katie Couric then took a swipe at Kamala Harris, adding that, “I also felt that, and again, I think [Harris] really did well in so many areas, but I was frustrated by her inability to really succinctly answer questions at times, Jen. You know, people notice that, and it’s like, ‘Answer the g-dd–n question, please!’”
Jen Psaki instead took aim at her former boss, President Joe Biden, saying that the decision to have him drop out distracted Democrats, resulting in a “unique and painful summer.”
A slew of MSNBC hosts, including Jen Psaki, have come under fire for their hostile rhetoric towards Donald Trump, often referring to him as Hitler, among other vicious insults.
But in the days following the election, MSNBC’s viewership plummeted, causing many media experts to question how much longer MSNBC can stay afloat.
After all, the 2024 election showed that fewer and fewer people turn to cable news, instead choosing to get their news from trusted social media sources and their preferred podcasts.
The media will pay a price for demonizing Trump and his supporters
For the better part of the last decade, the majority of those within the mainstream media have degraded Donald Trump and the majority of Americans who voted for him.
In many instances, prominent media figures referred to Donald Trump as Adolf Hitler, calling him every nasty name in the book.
Furthermore, these pundits would refer to his supporters as “uneducated,” putting Trump voters in the worst light possible.
However, on Election Day, the majority of voters in America rejected this narrative, which will force major media outlets to rethink how they do their jobs moving forward.
