But Joy Reid made one comparison to Nazi Germany that will make you spit out your coffee.

Democrats like Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) must think they’re stuck inside the History Channel for as many Nazis as they claim to see a day.

It’s actually gotten so bad, Democrats are starting to sound like comedian Jeff Foxworthy.

Leftists will proclaim, “If you support tax cuts, you might be a Nazi,” or “if you support the 2nd Amendment, you might be a Nazi.”

Remember when infamous Democrat strategist David Axelrod compared Senator Mitt Romney (RINO-UT) to Hitler?

It’s frankly become a stale and worn-out strategy, only employed by lazy liars or the mentally ill.

And MSNBC’s Joy Reid became the latest Democrat to compare something to the Nazis.

Recently, Reid argued that stopping children from mutilating themselves is somehow akin to genocide.

In a segment discussing the United States v. Skrmetti case, which is before the United States Supreme Court, Joy Reid said that “targeting trans people isn’t new. It is an age-old tradition which Nazi Germany did with brutally violent ends in the 1930s.”

“While the Supreme Court refuses to do anything about weapons of war in schools, today they seemed inclined to uphold Tennessee’s ban on gender-affirming care for minors,” she added. “While the decision is not expected for months, a majority of the justices parroted a string of debunked talking points, all under the guise of protecting the kids, just not every kid.”

What Joy Reid is arguing there is that a state that outlaws a medical practice because it is experimental at best and life-changingly horrible at worst is akin to the mass murder of the Jewish people.

As one can see, it’s not just a bad comparison; it’s outrageously absurd and was done to inspire more violence against Trump and Republicans writ large.

But what’s truly bizarre about this story is Democrats’ weird fascination with children’s sexuality.

Illinois Democrat Governor JB Pritzker vowed to boost sex change surgeries in his state, following Trump’s historic victory.

And now, we’re hearing more and more comparisons to Nazi Germany from Democrats about this issue in particular.

Why they’re making this their proverbial “hill to die on” defies logic, as it was one of the biggest issues and ads that severely hurt them in the last election.

Even the reliable leftist Charlamagne Tha God said on The Breakfast Club radio show, “I’ll tell you what, that ad they was running during the football games this weekend claiming the vice president supports funding gender transition surgeries for all prison inmates and migrants in the U.S., that was nuts.”

But then again, no one has accused Joy Reid of being smart.
