The View’s co-hosts are well known for their radical left-wing ideologies and sour demeanor.

And nothing gets them angrier than a guest who dares challenge their vitriol and call them out for their idiocy.

And John Fetterman blindsided The View’s co-hosts with a stunning truth bomb about Donald Trump that no one saw coming.

He sometimes even makes sense

While there is no question that Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) is still a dyed-in-the-wool, radical left-wing Democrat, he has made some sense on a few key issues and parted with Democrats more often as of late.

In fact, if he’s not careful, Fetterman may find himself as a man without a party.

The latest example of Fetterman’s rational side came out on the Democrat-friendly ABC talk show The View.

Fetterman recently appeared on the show, and based on his comments, casual viewers might have thought the Pennsylvania senator was a Republican, or at least an independent.

Because he gave the shrill and obnoxious co-hosts of The View a much-needed reality check.

Specifically, about President-elect Donald Trump and the lawfare waged against him.

While Fetterman covered a variety of topics on the show, his most impactful comments came right at the beginning of the above clip.

“Senator, President Biden’s decision to pardon his son, Hunter, is facing bipartisan backlash,” co-host Joy Behar began. “Even the Democrats are all over it.”

“What do you think?” Behar asked. “Is this much ado about nothing? It is his son, after all.”

Wrong about Hunter Biden but right about Trump

Fetterman did agree with the Democrat talking point that Hunter Biden’s case was somehow “politically-motivated,” and he is just as wrong as his fellow Democrats about that point.

After all, if it was merely a political witch hunt, why would President Joe Biden’s own Department of Justice go after his son? 

Democrats’ entire “Hunter’s trial was politically-motivated” narrative simply makes no sense.

But Fetterman’s moment of clarity came just after that.

“I also think it’s true that the trial in New York for [President-elect Donald] Trump, that was [politically motivated], too,” Fetterman said.

And then Fetterman said the words that stunned the co-host, “In both cases, I think, a pardon is appropriate.”

But he wasn’t done.

Fetterman proceeded to argue that the trials against Hunter Biden and Donald Trump have damaged American trust in the judicial system.

Behar then, not understanding the term “politically motivated” brought up the prisoners involved with the January 6 protests.

But Fetterman shut her down and went even further in his shockingly pro-Trump defense.

Fetterman slammed the use of the term “convicted felon” as some sort of insult towards Trump.

And the Pennsylvania Senator scoffed at the idea that Hunter Biden, a fully grown adult male, should be coddled with kid gloves and given fourth and fifth chances by Democrats.

All while Trump’s politically motivated trials have permanently labeled him a “convicted felon.”

Fetterman nailed it, at least on this issue.
