Joe Biden will now join a rather short list of former Presidents who only served one term in office.
When he made the decision in July, self-proclaimed “journalists” immediately began trying to define his legacy.
But Joe Biden shocked the nation when he patted himself on the back for the “best decision” of his Presidency.
Biden’s withdrawal from the race was a shock to everyone
Over the course of American history, our nation has been led by a total of 45 presidents. Now, President Joe Biden will become just the tenth President to only serve one term in the White House.

In July, Biden famously withdrew from the 2024 Presidential election, claiming it was in “the best interest of [his] party and the country.”
The announcement was made in a public letter posted on social media.

In the letter, Biden took the opportunity to claim that under his leadership “America [had] the strongest economy in the world.”
“We’ve made historic investments in rebuilding our Nation, in lowering prescription drug costs for seniors, and in expanding affordable health care. . .” he wrote.
Biden proudly claimed that he passed “the first gun safety law in 30 years” and the “most significant climate legislation in the history of the world.”
“America has never been better positioned to lead than we are today,” he said.
Of course, the mainstream media proceeded to paint a picture of the great President Biden.
Sycophant media portrays Biden as habitually empathetic
On July 22, Josh Boak of the Associated Press wrote an article entitled, “Biden’s legacy: Far-reaching accomplishments that didn’t translate into political support.”
Boak covered everything from the pandemic and inflation to the war in Ukraine and seemed to pretend it was all left to Biden from Trump.
“The United States had endured a life-altering pandemic. There was a jarring burst of inflation and now global conflict with Russia invading Ukraine. . .” he wrote.

Of course, he didn’t leave out “the persistent threat to democracy [Biden] felt Donald Trump posed.”
Painting Biden as some kind of war-hero, Boak wondered how Biden could have possibly healed our nation after Trump.
At the same time, CBS News ran an article describing Biden’s decision to drop out as “historic” and praised him for his “habitual empathy that has been the hallmark of his political life.”
Then, rather than recounting any meaningful actions that Biden took while in office, CBS basically wrote a biography from Biden’s birth to his time in the White House.
“In the end, Mr. Biden was persuaded to preserve his legacy, rather than risk defeat for himself and Democrats nationwide,” the article finished.
Now, President-elect Donald Trump is on his way into the White House, and Biden is on his way out.
But before he goes, Biden wants Americans to know which “accomplishment” he’s proudest of.
Biden says his “first decision” was his “best decision”
Vice President Kamala Harris finally came out of hiding to give her concession speech on Wednesday night following her defeat.
She described her deep “gratitude for the trust” she was given during her campaign and her four years in office.
Kamala then said that she was ready to “accept the results” but vowed to continue to “fight for freedom, for opportunity, [and] for fairness. . .”

You know as I’ve grown up I’ve came to a sad realization, we remember many of our politicians by their words not their actions.
In the future, kids and adults will see this speech and think ‘wow what a speech’, and if you broke it down… pic.twitter.com/uc0uuEFLZ2

Shortly after her speech, President Biden posted a heartfelt message on X praising her for her “tremendous” partnership and servitude.
“Under extraordinary circumstances, she stepped up and led a historic campaign that embodied what’s possible when guided by a strong moral compass,” he said.
Biden went on to say that “selecting Kamala was the very first decision” and “the best decision” he made during his time leading the Democrat Party.
What America saw today was the Kamala Harris I know and deeply admire.
She’s been a tremendous partner and public servant full of integrity, courage, and character.

Strangely enough, the media’s response was to then blame Biden for Trump’s victory.
“Instead of using his final 10 weeks in power to cement his promise to act as a generational bridge. . . Biden finds himself in one of the worst possible positions,” CNN wrote.
That position, they say, is “preparing to be displaced by a man who for years he has cast as an existential threat to democracy in America.”
Biden’s legacy will forever be tarnished, even according to many of Democrats’ media allies.
