Elon Musk smashed big government with a wrecking ball.
Americans were stunned to find out how the government spent money in their name.
And Jesse Watters revealed the shocking secret behind the opposition to Elon Musk.
Jesse Watters says the only reason to oppose DOGE is because you are on the take
Auditing the federal government to identify wasteful spending should be a goal both Republicans and Democrats can get behind.
Serving as good stewards of taxpayer money is an easy way to ensure re-election.
Democrats even once believed in the concept.
What happened to them?

But not anymore.
Not once did Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) begin a real deep dive into the government’s books.
DOGE is running the most transparent audit in history as the department’s X account – as well as Musk – post their findings on social media for all the public to see.
Suddenly, Democrats didn’t like audits and efficient government.
Jesse Watters discussed this turn of events on his Fox News show and told viewers that Musk and DOGE uncovered one of the biggest scandals in American history whereby Democrats laundered taxpayer money to allied left-wing groups through federal agencies like the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
Watter then broke down how the scam worked.
“Here’s how the shell game works. You get taxed, and Congress sends your money to a federal agency. The agency sends it to a Democrat nonprofit. The nonprofit President takes a fat salary, sends some of it to a subcontractor, and donates the rest to Democrats,” Watters stated.
Since 2014, NED spent $22 million on influence operations in Ukraine as part of the Left’s long-held goal of war with Russia.
President Trump froze the funding for USAID and NED and shut down the pipeline of taxpayer money to left-wing activist groups.
Watters explained that the iron triangle of Democrat Party interest groups, their lobbyists, and elected Democrats rendered it impossible to cut spending as they would form a union to keep their gravy train humming along by hiding it within the byzantine language of the federal budget.
“The complaint system runs Washington. Any time you try to cut anything, the Democrats, the media, the lobbyists, the NGOs, they all complain. So for about a century, Washington’s basically like, “Okay, okay, okay, we’ll just keep sending the money.” Washington forgot how to say no. And now every woman in the Amazon rainforest who claims they’re a climate consultant gets your money. Do you ever wonder how people work for the government and get so rich?” Watters added.
President Trump cut the Gordian knot with his executive order to freeze federal spending.
And since none of these insane expenditures can actually be defended on their face – DEI programs in Serbia, transgender comic books in Peru for example – that led Watters to one undeniable conclusion about the opposition to DOGE.
And that was that it was all corrupt.
“Anyone standing in the way of DOGE tells me they might be on the take. Or they’re benefiting from a wicked system,” Watters concluded.
