But no one saw this violent threat coming. 

And now Geraldo Rivera can expect a visit from the Secret Service after making this unhinged threat against the Trump administration.

Trump and his team are in Democrats’ crosshairs

One thing people in politics hate more than anything is someone who actually wants to change things for the better. 

They all talk a big game about fixing the system or a problem. 

But when it’s time to actually do something about the issue they want to make sure nothing is done as they couldn’t make a good living milking the political system. 

Because once the issue is resolved then what is the point of them having a job? 

They don’t have anything else to make campaign promises on or to talk about on some overrated cable news station. 

So that’s why when Donald Trump entered the political scene, he was attacked from both sides of the political aisle. 

Politicians and political pundits know of the issues our nation faces and the ways to fix them but they won’t be able to stuff their pockets for years to come if issues are resolved. 

So it’s no shocker that Trump and his team of problem solvers have been the subject of threats and violence like no other Presidential administration in modern American political history. 

But of all the threats Trump and his team have faced, no one saw this one coming from career political pundit Geraldo Rivera.

Geraldo ain’t playing around with these threats

Geraldo has built a career off of being good at absolutely nothing but making hot takes that get viewership. 

But he is also hot-tempered and it doesn’t take much to set him off.

And boy did he go off on Wednesday on MSNBC’s The Beat show.

Host Ari Melber was asking Geraldo about Stephen Miller’s plan to clear out areas around Washington, D.C. of illegal immigrants in the first days of Trump’s Administration. 

Specifically, Ari stated, “The Trump transition team wants to do what they call a D.C.-area showcase immigration raid in the first days. This would be a quote, ‘high-profile raid targeting undocumented immigrants in its initial days.’”

Then the Democrat host asked Geraldo, “I’m curious what you think of this because I’ve covered this? I’ve had Stephen Miller on the show. I think we can stipulate that there are debates about immigration in this country and undocumented immigration has been rising. And there’s a question about how to deal with that in a holistic way that is humane, but protects national security.”

Geraldo turned red in the face and uttered a violent threat to Miller that no one saw coming.

The three viewers of MSNBC were left in shock when Geraldo responded.

“You know, I’m an old man now,” he said. “I’ve been a boxer all my life. I’ve given it up because of my frailty. But I would come back to punch Stephen Miller in the nose because he is the most hideous in terms of his policy. I don’t know the guy personally. In terms of his policy, he is absolutely draconian. He’s the definition of it. He doesn’t want to resolve the issue. He wants to scapegoat certain people that will in his mind it would resound favorably to President Trump.”

Can you imagine if a Fox News host or guest would have said this live on air?

Democrats would be demanding their arrest and persecution for such a threat. 

But we all know nothing will happen to Geraldo because the threat is against Trump’s team. 

So as long as Trump’s team is trying to solve issues, all threats are fair and square according to the political establishment and powers to be.
