FEMA pushes equity in disaster response and the results are catastrophic

Hurricane Helene has left a horrible path of destruction in its wake.

Over 200 are confirmed dead, millions are without power, and entire towns have been wiped out.

But now FEMA is pushing equity in its disaster response, and the results are catastrophic.

Biden’s FEMA is Letting Americans Down

Hurricane Helene shocked everyone when it zipped by Florida and walloped Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and North Carolina.

It wiped whole towns in western North Carolina off the map.

Major interstates were washed away, and over 2 million people were without power.

And people are wondering: Where in the world is the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)?

When it became clear what a disaster the whole situation was, President Joe Biden merely continued his vacation on the beach while Vice President Kamala Harris rubbed elbows with celebrities at high-end fundraisers in Hollywood.

Neither have shown even a passing interest in helping the victims, and people are getting royally frustrated with the lack of aid and supplies provided by the ruling class elites, who have already sent hundreds of billions of their tax dollars to foreign countries this year alone.

It turns out that private citizens, helicopter pilots, and drone operators are doing more to rescue people than the “professionals” from the federal government.

If you want to understand why this is happening, you have to watch this video of a FEMA meeting with Biden/Harris appointees.

They are more concerned about promoting diversity and equity than they are about cleaning up after a disaster.

Some Victims are More Disadvantaged than Others

The “culture” of emergency management has shifted from utilitarian – i.e. helping the greatest number of people – to “disaster equity.”

In other words, the people who were affected by this natural disaster were predominantly traditional working class Americans who aren’t part of one of Democrats’ preferred minority demographics, so they are low priorities.

You have to wonder if this same mind set is what happened when a trainload of dangerous chemicals derailed in East Palestine, Ohio.

It would explain why there was no coordinated federal disaster response.

That disaster happened in a predominately pro-Trump, white, working class area and the federal response was anemic at best.

The federal government has all the money in the world for illegal aliens.

They kick veterans out of housing and onto the streets in order to give illegal aliens their space.

Illegal aliens get debit cards to cover their basic needs, while Americans in disaster areas – which are without power and internet – can apply for $750 online.

They are mostly concerned with looking for “disadvantaged” communities.

They suspect that the LGBQT community is disadvantaged so they prioritize taking care of them, not looking at who has been hurt worse.

It is akin to finding two injured people. One has a broken bone, and one is bleeding out.  In the Biden/Harris regime’s world, if the person who has the broken bone is part of the LGBQT community, they get taken care of first, even though the person who is bleeding out needs help immediately.

This is the dystopian lens that the Biden/Harris FEMA team is looking at the world, and what you can look forward to if Kamala Harris wins.
