An Obama-appointed judge just stabbed Donald Trump in the back.
The judge’s ruling left conservatives outraged.
And Donald Trump unleashed his fury on a judge who blocked his critical border protection plan.
Trump fights back against judicial activism stopping deportations
President Donald Trump confronted what many conservatives are calling a direct assault on his executive authority this week when an Obama-appointed judge effectively shut down crucial deportation operations.
U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg issued a ruling blocking essential deportation flights meant to remove dangerous illegal aliens from American communities.
Trump wasted no time responding to this judicial overreach, taking to Truth Social to defend his border security efforts.
“If a President doesn’t have the right to throw murderers, and other criminals, out of our Country because a Radical Left Lunatic Judge wants to assume the role of President, then our Country is in very big trouble, and destined to fail!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

The confrontation centers around deportation flights that were authorized under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, a law that has only been invoked three times in U.S. history at times of war.
The Trump administration had identified an invasion by the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua as meeting the threshold for using this powerful legal tool.
In a Fox News interview with Laura Ingraham on Tuesday, Trump doubled down on his criticism.
“Many people have called for his impeachment, the impeachment of this judge. I don’t know who the judge is, but he’s radical Left,” Trump told Fox News’ Laura Ingraham.
Q: What’s your response to criticism of your call to impeach the judge that stopped you from doing whatever you want?

“He was Obama-appointed, and he actually said we shouldn’t be able to take criminals, killers, murderers, horrible, the worst people, gang members, gang leaders, that we shouldn’t be allowed to take them out of our country,” Trump said. “That’s not for a local judge to be making that determination.”
Chief Justice John Roberts quickly rushed to defend the judiciary with a rare public statement claiming that “impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision.”
The timing of Roberts’ intervention raised serious questions among Constitutional scholars who see a pattern of judicial activism targeting Trump’s policies.
During Trump’s first term, left-wing courts issued an astounding 64 nationwide injunctions compared to just six during George W. Bush’s entire eight years in office.
The Senate is also taking action against judicial overreach, with Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) considering legislation requiring at least three judges to sign off on nationwide injunctions.
These injunctions should be issued only by a three-judge district court

The Trump administration isn’t waiting around for Congress to act.
They’ve already taken this fight straight to the Supreme Court, challenging what many conservatives see as a dangerous precedent that undermines executive authority and compromises national security.
Border states continue reporting record-breaking surges in criminal activity tied to unchecked illegal immigration while the courts prevent Trump from enforcing the law.
The showdown between Trump and the judiciary represents a critical battle for the President’s America First agenda.
With the courts actively blocking deportation efforts, American communities remain at risk from criminal aliens who should have been removed from the country.
Trump’s confrontation with activist judges highlights the ongoing struggle to secure the border despite resistance from unelected officials appointed during the Obama era.
