The press pulled every dirty trick in the book to try and keep Donald Trump out of the White House.

But they failed.

And now Donald Trump just declared war on this fake news media outlet.

The Trump administration calls out the Associated Press for pro-Democrat bias

For years conservatives dragged the Associated Press as “Associated Propaganda” for the overt alliance with the Democrat Party on coverage of policy issues and campaigns.

This anger came to a head when the Associated Press refused to call the Gulf of Mexico by its proper name, the Gulf of America after President Trump renamed it via executive order.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt barred the Associated Press from covering Oval Office press conferences.

Deputy Chief of Staff Tyler Budowich explained that no one had a right to Oval Office access and that the Associated Press lost that privilege due to purposefully spreading “misinformation” by refusing to use the Gulf of America name in news copy.

“The Associated Press continues to ignore the lawful geographic name change of the Gulf of America. This decision is not just divisive, but it also exposes the Associated Press’ commitment to misinformation,” Budowich declared.

Budowich explained that space in the Oval Office and on Air Force One was limited so the administration would grant access to news outlets committed to the facts and truth.

“While their right to irresponsible and dishonest reporting is protected by the First Amendment, it does not ensure their privilege of unfettered access to limited spaces, like the Oval Office and Air Force One,” Budowich added.

Outlets that the previous administration shut out because they weren’t part of the pro-Democrat Swamp would now get a chance to cover the President first-hand.

“Going forward, that space will now be opened up to the many thousands of reporters who have been barred from covering these intimate areas of the administration. Associate Press journalists and photographers will retain their credentials to the White House complex,” Budowich concluded.

Budowich later told Axios that this beef with the Associated Press went far beyond the Gulf of Mexico.

“This isn’t just about the Gulf of America,” Budowich began.

The Trump administration was drawing a line on the Associated Press stylebook, which encourages the media to use left-wing jargon to describe policy fights that slant coverage in favor of the Democrat Party.

“This is about AP weaponizing language through their stylebook to push a partisan worldview in contrast with the traditional and deeply held beliefs of many Americans and many people around the world,” Budowich stated.

The Associate Press uses phrases like “gender-affirming care” to describe chemical castration and transgender surgeries for children.

In the stylebook, the Associated Press bans the phrase “illegal alien.”

And the Associated Press only refers to abortion rights supporters and anti-abortion opponents instead correctly identifying the sides as pro-abortion and pro-life.

Conservatives are sick of the pro-Democrat bias in the media pushed by the Associated Press.

The Trump administration is now making an example out of them.
