Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. both play an instrumental role in their father’s business empire.

But the President-elect recently sent Don Jr. on a mission for the United States.

And Donald Trump Jr. just made one overseas trip on his father’s behalf that has CNN reporters steaming mad.

President-elect Donald Trump is preparing to take the oath of office and start his second term in the White House on January 20.

But Trump isn’t waiting on Inauguration Day to start implementing his plans to Make America Great Again.

Trump border czar Tom Homan has already started laying the groundwork to carry out the largest mass deportation program in American history.

The President-elect has also communicated behind the scenes with Russian President Vladimir Putin about ending the war in Ukraine.

And now, Trump is working on achieving one goal he set during his first term in office.

During his first term, Donald Trump brought up the idea of the United States purchasing Greenland from Denmark.

“For purposes of National Security and Freedom throughout the World, the United States of America feels that the ownership and control of Greenland is an absolute necessity,” Trump wrote during his first term.

He called purchasing Greenland an “absolute necessity” for America.

Greenland is an autonomous territory located between the Arctic and Atlantic Oceans that is home to roughly 56,000 people.

The country has vast gas, oil, and mineral deposits, which could help make America less dependent on China for rare earth minerals.

Greenland’s leader originally rejected Trump’s request.

Not only that, but he also increased the country’s investment in security and defense measures.

“Greenland is ours,” Greenland Prime Minister Múte Egede said. “We are not for sale and will never be for sale,” he continued. “We must not lose our long struggle for freedom.”

But Trump wrote the book The Art of the Deal.

And on Monday, Donald Trump announced that his son Don Jr. would be traveling to Greenland on Tuesday for meetings.

Trump said he heard rumors that Greenland is a “MAGA country.”

“I am hearing that the people of Greenland are ‘MAGA,’” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “My son, Don Jr, and various representatives will be traveling there to visit some of the most magnificent areas and sights,” he continued. “Greenland is an incredible place, and the people will benefit tremendously if, and when, it becomes part of our Nation.”

“We will protect it, and cherish it, from a very vicious outside World,” Trump added. “MAKE GREENLAND GREAT AGAIN!”

Trump wasn’t joking.

On Tuesday, videos surfaced on social media showing Donald Trump Jr. getting off a plane in Greenland along with several other associates.

Trump Jr. spoke with Breitbart about the trip.

“Today, I had an absolutely incredible experience in Greenland,” Trump Jr. said in a statement to Breitbart News. “I was almost shocked by the positive reception that we received from the locals. Many of them complained about not being allowed to access the natural resources that they possess because Denmark has restricted the people from utilizing them.”

Don Jr. said “These are people who want the opportunity to not simply survive, but to thrive,” before adding “I can’t wait to get back and experience even more of this beautiful country in the not-too-distant future.”

“It was great to see that so many locals, especially the youth, were so pro-America and pro-Trump,” Don Jr. told Breitbart. “This experience is something that I will always remember fondly.”

Only time will tell if America buys Greenland.

But it sure is looking like it will happen soon.
