Trust in the media is at an all-time low.

According to Gallup, the media is now the least-trusted civic and political institution in the country.

And CNN’s Jim Acosta proved that every accusation is a confession with these six words about Donald Trump.

Before President-elect Donald Trump entered the scene, Republicans used to go out of their way to try and appease the left-wing media.

Instead of pushing back against the media’s lies, Republicans would make an appearance on one of the leftist networks only to be smeared and insulted by Democrats’ allies in the media.

But Donald Trump took the opposite approach when he emerged onto the political scene during the 2016 Presidential election.

Unlike other Republicans, Donald Trump went on the attack against the press and coined the now commonly-used phrase “Fake News Media.”

And the media proved Donald Trump was right after he defeated Hillary Clinton in the Presidential race.

CNN spent Donald Trump’s entire Presidency spreading lies, hoaxes, and conspiracy theories about him.

This includes pushing the Russian collusion hoax and the phony scandal about Trump’s phone call with the Ukrainian President.

Even though the media hates Donald Trump, there’s no denying that his Presidency was good for their ratings.

Between November 4, 2020, and January 20, 2021, CNN averaged 2.5 million prime-time viewers.

But CNN lost 90% of its primetime audience after Trump left office.

CNN’s Jim Acosta was the leading pusher of anti-Trump fake news on the network.

Acosta is nothing more than a Democrat Party propagandist who pretends to be a reporter.

On Thursday’s episode of CNN Newsroom, Acosta interviewed Republican strategist Neil Chatterjee about the subject of fake news.

But they didn’t talk about all the fake news CNN pumped out over the past six years.

Instead, when speaking about Donald Trump, Acosta said that “he’s the one peddling fake news.”

Acosta was upset with Trump’s statement about the terrorist attack in New Orleans.

“When I said that the criminals coming in are far worse than the criminals we have in our country, that statement was constantly refuted by Democrats and the Fake News Media, but it turned out to be true,” Trump said.

However, the terrorist turned out to be a native-born American who served in the military.

“When there’s an act of terrorism in this country, the incoming president should tell the truth to the American people,” Acosta said. “I mean, isn’t that what the president should do at all times?”

Chatterjee explained to Acosta that he shouldn’t take Trump’s statements “literally.”

“Why shouldn’t you take the president of the United States literally?” Acosta fired back. “Isn’t that sort of a baseline expectation that he should stick to the facts?”

Acosta then accused Trump of peddling fake news.

“I just have to say, here he goes again,” Acosta added. “He talks about everybody else being fake news and he’s the one peddling fake news.”

Despite six years of lies and accusations, Donald Trump destroyed Kamala Harris and is set to take office on January 20.

And liberals in the press like Jim Acosta are throwing a temper tantrum.
