Woke judges have allowed crime to flourish in America, giving lenient sentences to even the most hardened career criminals.

Biden betrays the American people once again

On September 11, 2001, the world changed after Islamic terrorists killed nearly 3,000 innocent Americans in the most significant terrorist attack in history.

The attacks on 9/11 forced Americans to change how they work, travel, and think, as well as ushering two decades of war across the Middle East. 

Following the attacks on 9/11, American Special Forces tracked down and either killed or apprehended the masterminds and conspirators involved in this attack. 

Many still sit in federal prison, awaiting trial for helping to facilitate the deadliest terrorist attack in American history. 

However, in a move that has shocked Americans everywhere, a military appeals court declined Biden Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s plea to nullify plea deals that the court agreed to with Khalid Sheikh Mohammad, Walid bin Attash, and Mustafa al-Hawsawi earlier this summer. 

These plea deals would help these hardened terrorists to avoid the death penalty, among other provisions. 

 The terrorists’ defense attorneys argued that Austin lacked the authority to overturn the plea deal agreements since they were already approved by Guantanamo Bay’s top legal authority. 

“We agree with the military judge that the secretary did not have authority to revoke respondents’ existing PTAs because the respondents had started performance of the PTAs,” a three-judge panel wrote in their decision to shoot down Austin’s request. 

This move will allow the terrorists to issue a guilty plea at upcoming hearings in exchange for life sentences.

Families of 9/11 victims have voiced their support for putting the terrorists to death, rather than allowing them to live in American prisons at taxpayers’ expense. 

The refusal of these military judges to issue the death penalty follows a trend of the United States declining to use the death penalty for dangerous hardened criminals and terrorists. 

Instead, these judges would prefer that terrorists live out their final days in federal prisons, which costs taxpayers eye-popping amounts of money to maintain and operate.

Americans are sick and tired of Democrats’ soft-on-crime agenda

The September 11 terrorist attacks brought unmeasurable grief to millions of Americans, many of whom were directly impacted by these vicious attacks. 

Yet, the United States military does not see fit to put these terrorists to death, allowing them to live out their lives in federal prison. 

Allowing 9/11 terrorists to enter into plea deals follows a disturbing trend of wokeness within the military, which projects weakness to America’s adversaries across the globe.
