The Biden administration treated Ukrainian President Zelenskyy like royalty over the past three years.

But there’s a new sheriff in town.

And all hell broke loose after Donald Trump called Ukrainian President Zelenskyy one unthinkable name.

Monday marks exactly three years since Russian President Vladimir Putin first invaded Ukraine.

When Russia first invaded Ukraine, Joe Biden promised to send money and weapons for “as long as it takes.”

Zelenskyy delivered a speech to a joint session of Congress in December of 2022 where he received multiple standing ovations.

“Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy delivered a historic speech before a joint meeting of Congress on Wednesday night, pleading with the U.S. to continue its support of Ukraine in the face of Moscow’s attacks,” The Hill reported. “The address, which spanned roughly 23 minutes, marked the first time a foreign leader addressed Congress during wartime since Winston Churchill did so in 1941 during World War II.”

Since Russia’s invasion, the United States has sent roughly $200 billion worth of weapons and aid to Ukraine.

During the campaign, Donald Trump promised to end the war between Russia and Ukraine within a few months of taking office.

Last week, Zelenskyy met with Marco Rubio and J.D. Vance at the Munich Security Conference in Germany.

On Tuesday, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, National Security Adviser Michael Waltz, and Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff met with Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov in Saudi Arabia.

Representatives from Ukraine were not invited to the meeting.

This infuriated Zelenskyy.

“Decisions on how to end the war in Ukraine cannot be made without Ukraine, nor can any conditions be imposed,” Zelenskyy said from Turkey.

“We were not invited to this Russian-American meeting in Saudi Arabia,” he continued. “It was a surprise for us, I think for many others as well.”

Zelenskyy’s lashing out was a big mistake as it left Donald Trump fuming.

And in a post on Truth Social, Donald Trump took the gloves off on Zelenskyy and ripped his failed leadership.

“Think of it, a modestly successful comedian, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, talked the United States of America into spending $350 Billion Dollars, to go into a War that couldn’t be won, that never had to start, but a War that he, without the U.S. and ‘TRUMP,’ will never be able to settle,” he wrote.

“The United States has spent $200 Billion Dollars more than Europe, and Europe’s money is guaranteed, while the United States will get nothing back,” Trump continued. “Why didn’t Sleepy Joe Biden demand Equalization, in that this War is far more important to Europe than it is to us — We have a big, beautiful Ocean as separation.”

Trump then brought up how Zelenskyy recently admitted that over “half of the money we sent him is ‘MISSING.’”

He also slammed Zelenskyy for canceling the elections in March of 2024.

But Zelenskyy declared martial law and canceled the election.

“He refuses to have Elections, is very low in Ukrainian Polls, and the only thing he was good at was playing Biden ‘like a fiddle,’” Trump wrote, before pointing out that Zelenskyy is “a dictator.”

“A Dictator without Elections, Zelenskyy better move fast or he is not going to have a Country left,” Trump wrote. “In the meantime, we are successfully negotiating an end to the War with Russia, something all admit only ‘TRUMP,’ and the Trump Administration can do.”

Trump finished by noting that he does “love Ukraine.”

However, he said, “Zelenskyy has done a terrible job, his Country is shattered, and MILLIONS have unnecessarily died – And so it continues.”

The war in Ukraine has lasted nearly three years.

Hundreds of thousands of lives have been lost in the war.

Donald Trump is a man of peace.

And he’s determined to end the war whether Zelenskyy likes it or not.
