Donald Trump’s second term isn’t going to be anything like his first one.
He’s ready to take off the gloves in one major fight.
And Alina Habba gave Sean Hannity one message that was bad news for the Deep State.
Donald Trump begins his purge of the federal government
One of the challenges that President Donald Trump faced during his first term was the unelected bureaucrats in the federal government.
These career bureaucrats worked to undermine his agenda.
He returns to the White House with four years of experience and a plan on how to deal with this problem.
Fox News host Sean Hannity asked Counselor to the President Alina Habba about Justice Department employees who worked with former Special Counsel Jack Smith being fired.
“Why would it be that Deep State institutionalists, people that work for Jack Smith, that worked overtime night and day to put Donald Trump in jail, why wouldn’t Donald Trump get to pick his own people?” Hannity asked. “Why would he be stuck with that group of people?”
The Trump Justice Department firing more than a dozen employees who worked with Smith had Democrats and their media allies up in arms.
“I love that you asked me this question, Sean,” Habba replied. “You know what I would say to all the liberals freaking out? Yeah, no, here we go.”
Alina Habba has a message for the Deep Staters
Habba warned the career Justice Department employees that they wouldn’t be able to undermine the President.
“If you’re Biden and I’m in the DOJ, are you leaving me there, Biden? I don’t think so,” Habba exclaimed. “Look, the truth of the matter is this. You’re not America first. They were for divisiveness.”
She noted that the fired Justice Department employees who were lackeys of Smith were the ones who weaponized the government against Trump.
“They were part of the attack. They were part of the politicization of the law, fair justice, injustice,” Habba explained. “They made Americans scared of the FBI, scared of the DOJ, feel like they were being attacked for being a Republican or a Democrat.”
Habba pointed out that they volunteered to join Smith’s witch hunt.
“That’s not America. They volunteered to help Jack Smith,” Habba stated. “Yes, they were in the prosecutor’s office. Yes, they were in the DOJ, but they volunteered to attack Trump.”
Smith’s allies in the Justice Department were hopelessly politicized against the President.
“Are these people going to be able to say, I am not a political person?” Habba asked. “I’m not going to attack somebody and raid a child’s bedroom and a wife’s bedroom that did nothing wrong because this is an election season and we need to get Trump out. No, they couldn’t do I assure you they could not do it now.”
“I’m welcome to listen to them if they believe they could, but I assure you they could not,” Habba continued. “If you’re not America first, you’re out. And not only that, we’re replacing a lot of people with good people, people that care about America, the Constitution, and things that President Trump cares about.”
Donald Trump moved quickly to get rid of rogue Justice Department employees who could have upended his second term.
