For the better part of the past decade, the so-called “mainstream” media has devoted much of their attention to trashing Donald Trump and his millions of supporters.
Some mainstream media figures have even gone as far as to compare him to Adolf Hitler and other evil dictators.
But now a media expert fully exposed MSNBC’s Morning Joe for pulling this scripted stunt.
Morning Joe pulls a total 180 out of nowhere
Historians and political experts agree that President-elect Donald Trump pulled off one of the greatest political comebacks in American history after decisively winning the 2024 election.
Not only did Trump win by a landslide in the electoral college, but he also won the popular vote.
In nearly every part of the country, both rural and urban, voters overwhelmingly shifted towards Donald Trump and the Republican party.
This massive shift in the electorate comes after years of hostile rhetoric from Democrats, establishment RINOs, and the media.
Some high-profile media figures even went as far as to compare Trump to the likes of Adolf Hitler and other dictators.
These media figures would routinely call Donald Trump a “threat to democracy,” calling on the American public to vote against him, a move once thought of as unthinkable for self-proclaimed “journalists.”
Exit polls did, in fact, show that many Americans were concerned about democracy at the ballot box; however, one poll showed that the majority of Americans concerned by democracy voted for Donald Trump.
This has forced mainstream media outlets to rethink how they do their job, with MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski claiming to have opened a line of communication with President-elect Donald Trump on Monday.
This has shocked MSNBC viewers and Trump voters alike, given MSNBC’s extreme Democrat bias.
Columnist and media expert Joe Concha reacted to this about-face from the hosts of Morning Joe, posting on X, “As I’ve said for years on the air and in print, 90% of what you see on networks like this is all performance art.”
“Because why else would Joe & Mika want to reset their relationship with someone they repeatedly called a fascist for 8 years? Totally phony people,” Concha added on X.
As Concha noted, if Donald Trump really was the vicious fascist and Nazi that MSNBC has claimed that he is, then these two prominent MSNBC hosts would not be working so hard to open a line of communication with Donald Trump.
This is why Americans have tuned out the mainstream media
The 2024 election showed that many Americans no longer rely on the mainstream media to get their news.
Instead, many Americans prefer to get their news from trusted social media sources and their preferred podcasts rather than tuning into CNN, MSNBC, or any of the network news stations.
For the last decade or so, pundits on MSNBC and other mainstream media sources have labeled Donald Trump as a threat to democracy, as a fascist, and even as Hitler.
The majority of voters have completely rejected these vicious remarks, demonstrating that the mainstream media does not have nearly as much power as they once did.
