Democrats launch a judicial coup against Elon Musk and Trump
The reaction from Democrats to Tesla CEO Elon Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) confirms they are over the target.
DOGE led to the shutdown of the corrupt United States Agency for International Development (USAID) after exposing billions of dollars in taxpayer money spent on the Left’s woke political priorities like sex change operations overseas.
Democrats and their media allies began to panic at DOGE using the Department of Treasury’s payment system to uncover more waste, fraud, and abuse.
That’s why Democrats turned to the courts to shut DOGE’s work down.
19 Democrat state Attorneys General filed a lawsuit to block DOGE’s access to Treasury Department data.
New York District Court Judge Paul Engelmayer – who was appointed by former President Barack Obama – issued a sweeping temporary injunction.
The ruling came down in the early hours of a Saturday morning after the lawsuit was filed on Friday night without any opportunity for the Trump administration to argue its case.
Engelmayer barred DOGE and all of Trump’s political appointees at the Treasury Department from accessing the department’s data.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent couldn’t access his department’s data under the ruling, only career employees – members of the Deep State – could get it.
The judge effectively prevented Trump from being able to be President by limiting the power of his government to function.
Engelmayer put the Treasury Department under the control of career bureaucrats.
Articles of impeachment introduced against Democrat judge
Activist judges are making political rulings to illegally restrict the power of the President for the political benefit of Democrats.
Representative Eli Crane (R-AZ) filed articles of impeachment against Judge Engelmayer after he launched a judicial coup.
“Judge Engelmayer is attempting to stop White House employees from accessing the very systems they oversee,” Crane wrote on X.
The real threat to democracy according to Crane was rogue judges like Engelmayer.
“Partisan judges abusing their positions is a threat to democracy,” Crane stated. “This is obviously judicial overreach. Where in the constitution does it say a President and his team cannot root out obvious waste, fraud, and abuse?”
Musk called for the judge’s impeachment after he abused his legal power.
“A corrupt judge protecting corruption,” Musk wrote on X. “He needs to be impeached NOW!”
The Trump administration has faced more than 60 lawsuits against the President’s executive orders and actions.
Democrat judges want to restrict his Constitutionally prescribed powers to keep his administration from doing anything.
Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) said Judge Engelmayer’s ruling “turns the Constitution on its head.”
“We will hold this judge, and others who try to stop the will of the people and their elected leaders, accountable,” Greene declared.
The Supreme Court is going to have to step in to smack down these activist judges or run the risk of the judicial system losing its legitimacy.
