MS NOW’s Joe Scarborough spent months calling ICE agents thugs.
Then he looked into the camera and told them justice is coming.
And Tom Homan brought the receipts to shut him down.
Scarborough Used Morning Joe to Threaten ICE Agents With Prosecution
MS NOW host Joe Scarborough told ICE agents directly that Donald Trump won't be in the White House forever.
He warned them that the money and the mask and the protection won't last – and that "justice will find them."
His co-host Mika Brzezinski followed up by reminding viewers that presidential pardons "only cover so much."
That same week, Scarborough had compared ICE enforcement to "what happened" in the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany, calling agents "shock troops."
It was the latest episode in a pattern that stretches back to January – when Scarborough first began warning ICE agents on air that a "day of accounting" was coming.

Homan laughed. "Bring it, bring it," he said. "Just another lie, another fear tactic."
Border Czar Homan Debunks the Delaney Hall Hunger Strike Hoax
Homan went straight to Delaney Hall, the New Jersey ICE facility Democrats spent weeks portraying as a chamber of horrors.
Rep. Jerry Nadler claimed the food had maggots.
House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries issued a press release calling conditions "unsanitary" with "lack of adequate medical care."
Homan made an unannounced visit and walked every square foot of the facility.
He sat in the cafeteria and ate the same meal being served to detainees – spaghetti with meat sauce, vegetables, rolls, and dessert.
When Homan visited Delaney Hall in June, he found no hunger strike and no abuse.
Detainees who skipped the cafeteria had been spending their own money at the commissary store and eating in their cells.
A source familiar with the facility confirmed to the Daily Wire that commissary sales had actually increased – with detainees "maxing out on items they can purchase weekly."
Former ICE New York field office deputy director Scott Mechkowski said the commissary receipts told the whole story: "When detainees are buying up Honey Buns and Snickers bars, that's not a hunger strike – it's just a publicity stunt."
Homan then laid out a second lie: the media's claim that ICE snatched a father while he was buying diapers for his infant child.
The real story – ICE took custody of him from a jail, where he had been booked on domestic violence charges.
"We've never arrested anybody in a church," he said. "We've never arrested anybody in a hospital. We've never arrested anybody in an elementary school. But you hear it every day – just lies, lies, lies."
DHS has been running its own counter-campaign all year, publishing formal fact-sheets debunking each story in sequence – the nanny arrest that never happened, the daycare raid that the aliens triggered themselves when they fled into the building, the medical neglect claims the agency walked through case by case.
None of the corrections ever made it back onto MS NOW.
Media Claimed 14 Percent of ICE Arrests Were Criminals – the Real Number Is 70
Media outlets have been reporting that only 14 percent of ICE arrests involve criminals.
Homan said the real figure is close to 70 percent.
DHS confirmed the number independently – in President Trump's first 100 days, 70 percent of ICE arrests were criminal illegal aliens with convictions or pending charges.
Those are people with felony convictions and gang affiliations — not the innocent families the media keeps describing.
ICE agents are pulling convicted criminals out of sanctuary cities that spent years hiding them from federal law enforcement.
Scarborough never addresses that gap.
If Democrats want to prosecute ICE agents for enforcing immigration law, Homan said, they better line up every member of Congress who wrote that law.
"You got the Immigration and Nationality Act," he said. "You got laws written by Congress, signed by Congress, enacted by Congress, and signed by President."
Scarborough Has Compared ICE Agents to Nazis and Soviet Shock Troops Since January
Scarborough is not interested in justice – he is trying to intimidate federal law enforcement officers into standing down, and he has been building toward this moment since January.
The Nazi comparisons came first, then the Soviet comparisons, then "shock troops," and now open on-air warnings that prosecution is coming after Trump leaves office.
The strategy is identical to what Democrat politicians have run in sanctuary cities: make ICE agents afraid of what comes after Trump, so they slow-walk arrests, look the other way, and let enforcement collapse from within.
The ICE agents Scarborough is warning spent four years watching violent criminals walk free while their agency was dismantled by the Biden administration.
Scarborough can keep issuing warnings from a television studio while Homan keeps showing up unannounced at detention facilities, eating the same food as the detainees, and putting the actual facts on record.
