Activist judges are waging an unprecedented assault on Donald Trump’s legitimate Presidential authority.
They’re preventing Elon Musk from looking for corruption and waste in government.
But one judge who blocked DOGE’s spending freeze is hiding something about his daughter that will have Donald Trump fuming.
Donald Trump won a mandate on November 5 when voters handed him a landslide victory over Kamala Harris.
Trump went to work carrying out his mandate within moments of taking office by issuing a flurry of executive orders that reversed dozens of Joe Biden’s disastrous policies.
In his first three weeks, Donald Trump took a record-breaking 500 executive actions on everything from border security to wokeness to free speech.
But Donald Trump’s agenda is being held up by an unexpected roadblock in the form of activist judges.
“Judges in U.S. district courts – the lowest level in the three-tier federal court system – have mostly pushed back on Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency,” Fox News reported.
Judges have blocked Trump’s executive orders at least six different times, including his federal funding pause, DOGE’s Treasury Department access, his “Fork in the Road Directive,” birthright citizenship, and shuttering the USAID.
Attorney General Pam Bondi blasted the judges for “trying to control government spending” and violating the “separation of powers.”
“What they’re doing to him [Elon Musk], to our country is outrageous,” Bondi said. “You know, people work their whole lives and pay taxes, yet they find out that they’ve been giving $2 million to Guatemala for sex changes, it’s outrageous, and it’s going to stop.”
On Tuesday, Donald Trump told reporters in the Oval Office that he was floored by the judge’s actions.
“We want to weed out corruption,” Trump said. “And it seems hard to believe that a judge could say, we don’t want you to do that.”
“So maybe we have to look at the judges because that’s very serious,” he added.
Trump hit the nail on the head when he said to look into the judges.
As Breitbart’s Alex Marlow reported, “Many of the same elements of our system of justice that were used to harass, bankrupt, and even try to jail President Trump in years past are still in place and are already being weaponized against MAGA right now.”
“The pattern is clear: these are political operatives using the judicial system to pass de facto legislation that blocks elements of the Trump agenda,” he wrote. “These lawfare judges are without question the most pressing and urgent threat to MAGA.”
Independent journalist Laura Loomer dug deep into one judge’s life and found his daughter is a rabid leftist who works for the Department of Education.
The chief judge of the U.S. district court in Rhode Island, John J. McConnell Jr., ordered the Trump administration to “immediately restore frozen funding” and accused it of ignoring his prior order to unfreeze funding.
McConnell Jr. is attempting to block Trump’s spending freeze and even threatened administration officials with criminal charges if it is not reversed.
The judge is a radical leftist who previously worked for the ACLU and donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to Democrat campaigns.
But Loomer discovered why the judge wanted the Department of Education funding unfrozen.
His daughter works there.
“The reason why Judge McConnell, a Democrat donor and activist, wants Trump to restore funding is because his daughter, Catherine McConnell, is currently employed by the same Department of Education that President Trump and @elonmusk want to audit and DEFUND,” Loomer wrote on X. “She was appointed by Joe Biden and now her Dad is abusing his power to protect her paycheck.”

All of the judges attempting to undermine Donald Trump have a history of supporting Democrats.
The American people elected Donald Trump to root out the waste, fraud, and abuse.
But these activist judges are trying to stop him.
