86-year-old Maxine Waters (D-CA) is one of the biggest Trump haters in the Democrat Party.
Waters has a long history of spewing unhinged rhetoric and making dumb statements on national television.
But this video of an unhinged Maxine Waters ranting about Elon Musk and Mars will have you rolling on the floor.
Democrats thought Donald Trump was joking during the campaign when he talked about creating a Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and putting Elon Musk in charge of it.
But Democrats quickly realized Trump meant business when he created DOGE on his first day in office.
“By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered: Section 1. Purpose. This Executive Order establishes the Department of Government Efficiency to implement the President’s DOGE Agenda, by modernizing Federal technology and software to maximize governmental efficiency and productivity,” the order establishing DOGE read.
Musk runs several companies and is the richest man in the world, but he is laser-focused on finding $2 trillion in federal spending for DOGE to cut.
The billionaire is taking his role so seriously that he and his staff are sleeping in the office in order to save taxpayers billions of dollars.
On Monday, DOGE announced the termination of 20 consulting contracts worth $26 million that were “mostly focused on ‘strategic communication’ and ‘executive coaching.’”
On the same day, DOGE announced more contracts had been terminated.
“All in today, 36 contracts were terminated for a total savings of ~$165mm across 6 agencies, including a DHS contract for ‘people and culture survey and climate support services,’” DOGE wrote.
Today’s number has increased to 22 consulting contract terminations for a total savings of ~$45mm.

Under Musk’s direction, DOGE canceled $1 billion worth of DEI contracts so far.
But Musk is going after more than wasteful contracts.
He also focused on the Treasury Department’s payment system and the trillions of dollars allocated by it each year.
DOGE took over the Office of Personnel Management, inspected real estate leases in the General Services Administration, cut 50% of the agency’s budget, and shuttered the USAID.
Democrats are furious over Elon Musk taking a sledgehammer to their wasteful spending on woke programs.
Congressional Democrats protested outside the Treasury Department over Elon Musk having access to the payment system.
Some are calling for him to be deported back to South Africa.
Maxine Waters rallied the crowd of protesters up on Tuesday with an unhinged rant that will have Trump supporters on the floor.
“We have got to tell Elon Musk that nobody elected your a**,” Waters ranted.
“Nobody told you you could get all of our private information,” she continued. “Nobody told you you could be in charge of the payments of this country.”
“We have told you that you’ve made enough money off our government yourself, and now you want to take everybody else’s payroll and make sure that they don’t make the kind of money that you’ve made,” an unhinged Waters yelled.
She then ranted about Musk’s goal of putting a human on Mars.
“Oh, you want to use our money to go to Mars,” Waters said.
“We’re in a crisis in this country because Trump and Elon Musk and the billionaires have decided they’re going to put us all in our place, they’re going to run this country, they’re going to make sure that they take over everything,” Waters ranted.
“Are we going to let them do that?” she asked. “Are we going to let them run this government in the way that they can make even more money and so they won’t stop?”
Waters then whined about how hard Donald Trump and Elon Musk are working.
“Every day they’re doing something,” she complained. “Let me just tell you now, I have Elon Musk’s major office in my district.”

What Waters meant by having Elon’s office in her district is unclear.
But based on her history of calling for violence, Musk would be wise to keep a tight security team around him at all times.
In 2018, she called for Trump supporters to be harassed in public.
“If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere,” Waters ranted.
Democrats are melting down over all of Trump’s wins in his first couple of weeks in office.
But it sure is entertaining to watch.
