Melania Trump avoided the spotlight and stayed behind the scenes during her husband’s first stint in the White House.
But she’s taking a different approach this time around.
And Melania Trump broke her silence on moving into the White House with this surprising confession about Barack Obama.
Donald Trump survived two assassination attempts and a long string of witch hunts and lawfare on his quest to serve as the 47th President of the United States.
Despite facing so many obstacles, Donald Trump crushed Kamala Harris and pulled off a landslide victory that saw him carry every swing state and win the popular vote.
And Donald Trump hit the ground running wide open on Day One of his administration.
But Donald isn’t the only Trump who returned to the White House on Monday.
Melania Trump stepped back into her role for another four years as First Lady of the United States.
During Donald’s first term in office, Melania stayed behind the scenes and maintained a low profile.
Their son Barron was only 10 years old when they first entered the White House in 2016.
Melania made raising Barron her top priority as a mother would do.
But Barron is now 18 and in college at New York University.
And Melania is taking a completely different approach this time around.
After releasing her memoir, Melania Trump recently entered into a multi-million dollar deal with Amazon Prime for a documentary detailing her life behind the scenes at the White House.
In an interview with Fox & Friends, Melania revealed one reason why she stayed behind the scenes during her husband’s first term.
According to Melania, Barack Obama’s team kept her in the dark and withheld information, which lowered her confidence.
“The first time was challenging, we didn’t have much of the information,” she said. “The information was withheld from us by the previous administration.”
Melania said, “I just feel that people didn’t accept me.”
“Maybe they didn’t understand me the way maybe they do now,” she said. “And I didn’t have much support.”
However, Melania is fired up and ready to be First Lady.
“But this time I have everything,” Melania told Fox News. “I have the plans, I already packed, and I have selected the furniture, so it’s a very different transition this time, the second time around.”
Melania expressed her excitement about moving back into the White House and getting America “back in shape.”
“I think it will be an exciting four years,” she said. “We have a lot to do to put the country back in shape.”
Melania said she plans to expand her children’s wellness platform Be Best when she returns to the White House.
“I will continue with Be Best and also I will expand Be Best,” she said.
She launched Be Best in 2018 to educate children about the many issues they are facing today.
“Imagine what we could do in those years if they will rally behind me and teach the children and do protect them about the social media and their mental health,” she said about Be Best.
Donald and Melania Trump returned to the White House on Monday.
And Americans are sighing in relief now that Joe Biden is gone.
