State Senator Colton Moore arrested for exercising his Constitutional rights
Establishment RINOs in the Georgia legislature treat Republican State Senator Colton Moore worse than any Democrat.
State Senate Republicans suspended Moore from the caucus for trying to force a special session to impeach Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis following her lawless and unconstitutional politically-motivated indictment of Donald Trump.
Establishment RINOs used the Democrat line about Moore putting their lives in danger simply because he wanted them to exercise their lawful, constitutional authority to hold a rogue prosecutor accountable.
“Sen. Moore has a right to his opinion,” a statement read. “However, during his advocacy for his ill-conceived proposal, Sen. Moore has knowingly misled people across Georgia and our nation, causing unnecessary tension and hostility, while putting his caucus colleagues and their families at risk of personal harm.”
That was just child’s play compared to what the RINO establishment had in store.
Police arrested Moore on the orders of RINO Speaker of the Georgia State House Jon Burns when he tried to attend Georgia Governor Brian Kemp’s State of the State Address.
Video showed police violently throwing Moore to the ground before dragging him away in handcuffs.

After arresting Moore, police hauled Moore off to the same Atlanta jail where Fani Willis forced Donald Trump to submit to a mugshot.
“Senator Colton Moore, who exposed and defeated corrupt District Attorney Fani Willis last year, has been arrested by the Anti-Trump Speaker of the Georgia House,” Moore’s office posted on X. “Colton is being held in the same Atlanta jail as President Trump.”
“We are working to ensure his expedient release,” the statement continued. “Please pray for all those standing up for freedom and peace for all Georgians.”
Moore’s trouble with Burns began when he slammed the late RINO Speaker of the Georgia House David Ralston as a “tyrant.”
“This body is about to perpetually memorialize one of the most corrupt Georgia leaders we’ll ever see in our lifetimes,” Moore said after Ralston’s passing.
Burns responded by banishing Moore from the chamber.
In a letter to Burns prior to trying to enter the House chamber, Moore called banishing him the most “unconstitutional, illegal and the most disgraceful piece of correspondence issued by a legislator.”
Conservatives believe there is real evidence that Fani Willis committed perjury during her disqualification hearing.
Georgia’s Republican Attorney General is twiddling his thumbs on that front.
But the one person the Georgia Republican establishment is happy to arrest is a pro-Trump member of the State Senate.
