The Democrats’ far-Left policies have turned California into a cesspool of crime, homelessness, and filth.

Years of woke hiring practices have made public safety services effectively useless.

And Adam Carolla just made one prediction about the California wildfires that will keep Gavin Newsom up at night.

It’s been three days, but the wildfires are still raging out of control in Los Angeles, California.

There are currently five wildfires burning and the death toll has risen to 10.

The strong winds that are fueling the fire are expected to continue through the weekend and make containment that much more difficult for the firemen.

“Whole neighborhoods have been devastated, with as many as 10,000 structures destroyed by the coastal Palisades Fire, expected to be the costliest in US history, and the Eaton Fire,” CNN reported.  

“Firefighting teams are expecting more wind and dry conditions to continue to complicate efforts into next week,” CNN continued. “If winds are too strong, firefighting aircraft won’t be able to take off.”

Of course, wildfires are natural and occur each year in California and other places out west.

But how the government prepares and responds to a wildfire can mean the difference between a few acres burning and an entire forest.

And California’s woke diversity, equity, and inclusion policies have crippled response efforts to the wildfires.

In 2024, the City of Los Angeles slashed the fire department’s funding.

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass cut the funding by more than $17.6 million.

But she didn’t return the cut funds to the taxpayers.

Instead, she poured nearly $2 million of it into their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) agenda.

The latest city budget states that the money is allocated to “continue funding and resolution authority for nine positions to mediate conflict, implement a strategic diversity and inclusion plan, mitigate complaints, grievances, and lawsuits, and facilitate a positive work environment.”

Funds also went to provide housing and resources to illegal aliens.

Not only did they prioritize the woke agenda, but government officials also ignored fire management techniques due to objections from radical environmentalist groups.

Comedian and podcaster Adam Carolla was forced to do his show from a hotel room after being forced to flee his home due to approaching wildfires.

Corolla slammed the Democrats for prioritizing DEI policies in an interview with Sean Hannity.

“The state is run by a handful of environmental lunatics like the Coastal Commission,” he said. “Eight or 12 unelected people deciding what goes on in the entire state,” he continued. “That’s how it’s always been, a handful of lunatic nutjobs running everyone else into the ground.”

He ripped the Democrats for blaming the fires on so-called “climate change.”

“They want to blame everything on climate change, but it’s really their inaction,” he said. “That’s why we’re in this predicament.”

However, Carolla did find the silver lining in the dark wildfire clouds over his city.

He predicted that Democrats would be destroyed at the ballot box after the fires revealed the truth about DEI policies.

“These are deep-blue progressive cities who vote and raise money and bend over backward for these people, but they don’t have a house anymore, and that’s because of you, so it’s time to get it together,” he said.

He echoed the same sentiment on his podcast.

“So here’s what’s going to happen, all these people who are deep blue Democrats are now going to have to pull a permit to rebuild, and they’re going to get the 28-year-old b**** from the Coastal Commission telling them to go f*** off and then they’re going to vote for Trump or whoever’s Trumpian next,” Carolla predicted. “When they start getting the regulation, they’re going to go nuts, and when they start running into the bureaucracy and the red tape, they’re going to start going nuts and they’re going to vote for Rick Caruso next time.”

“They’re going to convert,” he added. “I am telling you, these are the bluest people on the planet and they’re going to be fucking rip s*** p***** when the City and the Coastal Commission tell them to f*** off.”

Carolla previously warned in a Congressional testimony about the dangers of DEI on public safety.

He told of his personal experience with not getting a job as a firefighter due to his skin color.

Carolla was right then, and only time will tell if he’s right about Democrats going down at the ballot box.
