John Fetterman has been at odds with his fellow Democrats since he took office.
He recently admitted that Elon Musk “made our economy and our nation better.”
And now The View’s Joy Behar turned beet red when John Fetterman called out this massive anti-Trump lie.
A civil war is brewing within the Democrat Party following President-elect Donald Trump’s landslide victory over Vice President Kamala Harris.
Some Democrats are blaming their loss on the Party’s embrace of woke extremism, some are blaming it on the coup against President Joe Biden, and others are blaming it on “racism” and “sexism.”
Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) supports most of Democrats’ woke ideology.
He supports abortion on-demand up until – and often after – the moment of birth, banning firearms, and allowing children to be mutilated through sex-change operations.
Fetterman recently offered his bathroom to transgender Representative Sarah McBride (D-DE).
But lately, Fetterman has made more sense than 99% of his fellow Democrats.
He criticized Democrats for going haywire about President-elect Donald Trump heading back to the White House for four years when he hasn’t even taken office yet.
When Democrats blew a gasket over some of Trump’s cabinet choices, Fetterman told them to “chill out” and “be more discerning” about what’s “going to freak you out.”
He also ripped Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) for blaming Biden for Kamala’s defeat.
“Fetterman has demonstrated on multiple occasions that he is willing to criticize his own party on issues,” The Hill reported. “Recently, he’s shown openness to confirming some of Trump’s Cabinet nominees when he returns to the White House in January,” The Hill continued. “That includes Mehmet Oz, the Republican he beat in the general election for the Pennsylvania Senate seat.”
Fetterman showered Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk with praise on Thursday in an interview with reporters at the Capitol.
“I admire Mr. Musk. He’s been involved in very important parts of American society: AI, SpaceX and other kinds of things,” Fetterman told reporters. “Yes, he is on a different team, but that doesn’t make me an enemy,” he continued. “I don’t [am not] automatically going to become a critic.”
But it was what he told the harpies on The View that really turned heads across America.
Co-host Joy Behar brought up Hunter Biden’s pardon and the backlash against President Biden.
“But what do you think?” she said. “Is it much ado about nothing?”
Fetterman said he agreed that the trial against Hunter was politically motivated.
However, he also said the same about Donald Trump’s trial.
“I also think it’s true that the trial in New York for Trump – that was political as well,” Fetterman said.
He then called on Joe Biden to pardon Donald Trump.
“And in both cases, I think a pardon is appropriate and I really think collectively America’s confidence in these kinds of institutions have been damaged by these kinds of cases, and we cannot allow these kinds of institutions to be weaponized against our political opponents,” he said. “And it’s very clear both trials were politically motivated and weaponized on the other side.”
He admitted that “those kinds of charges would have never been brought unless one side could realize they could weaponize that.”
Fetterman is right.
Donald Trump did nothing wrong.
He is the victim of Democrats’ lawfare.
And he deserves a pardon.
