The co-host on ABC’s The View are among the most radical left-wing personalities on television.
So naturally they’re in a frenzy over Kamala Harris’ humiliating loss to Donald Trump.
But Whoopi Goldberg is in big trouble after she was caught lying about this New York bakery.
It’s been over a week since President-elect Donald Trump scored a historic victory with his landslide defeat of Vice President Kamala Harris, but Democrats are still in a state of despair.
Dozens of videos have surfaced on social media showing radical leftists melting down on camera after Kamala’s loss.
Some videos showed feminist women shaving their heads and promising that they are done with men.
Others showed young liberals crying hysterically about the fact that Donald Trump is heading back to the White House in January.
The left-wing activists in the press have also been in a tizzy over Donald Trump’s landslide victory.
The harpies on ABC’s The View have even suggested that their viewers disassociate with any family members who voted for Donald Trump.
“There are certain things where you don’t have to put your family in the middle of it,” Whoopi Goldberg said about not inviting Trump-supporting family members to Thanksgiving. “You can have dinner at another point, but it might not be time to gather, because, you know, there’s gonna be some tension.”
On Wednesday, Whoopi Goldberg celebrated her 69th birthday on the show.
She shared one of her favorite desserts – Charlotte Russe – with the audience.
But Goldberg told viewers that she had trouble finding the dessert because the first bakery she contacted supposedly rejected her order due to her political views.
“Now, I should tell you, Charlotte Russe has no political leanings, and the place that made these refused to make them for me,” Goldberg said. “They said that their ovens had gone down, all kinds of stuff, but folks went and got them anyway.”
“Which is why I’m not telling you who made them,” she continued. “It can’t be because I’m a woman, but perhaps they did not like my politics.”
But there is one major problem with Goldberg’s claim.
It’s a big, fat lie.
“Bakery owner Jill Holtermann tells EW she did not deny the request because of Goldberg’s politics, and that she told Goldberg 2 weeks ago that she was having equipment problems with her kitchen,” Entertainment Weekly reported. “A 145-year-old New York bakery has denied Whoopi Goldberg’s on-air speculation that the establishment refused to make special treats for her 69th birthday episode of The View over her political views.”
Bakery owner Jill Holtermann said Goldberg requested treats for November 6 and for November 13.
But she declined the order because she “didn’t want to make a commitment that I can’t carry through.”
“They’d asked us and we were having trouble with our boilers,” she said.
As for the unidentified woman who Whoopi mentioned, the owner said that she was able to make them that morning but couldn’t commit to making them two weeks in advance due to issues with equipment.
“I said to Whoopi, ‘I can’t do it right now,’” she told Entertainment Weekly. “We have so many things going on with my boiler, because the building is from 1930, so, when she called me, I had no idea [if we could] be baking everything.”
Holtermann vowed that “it was not because of political affiliations.”
Whoopi Goldberg assumed that she was denied the dessert because someone was able to order 50 of them on Wednesday morning.
Goldberg automatically assumed that it had something to do with her politics, gender, or race.
This shows the victim mentality of the Left.
