Kamala Harris’ husband Doug Emhoff took several shots at Donald Trump this week on the campaign trail.
But the former President is the one who got the last laugh.
And Donald Trump left Kamala Harris speechless with this warning about keeping her husband away from the nanny.
With just over two weeks left until Election Day, the Presidential election is front and center in the minds of voters.
The latest polling seems to indicate that the momentum may be shifting in former President Donald Trump’s favor.
According to the Real Clear Politics polling average, Trump now holds leads – albeit, by incredibly slim margins – in the top-seven swing states that many believe will ultimately determine the outcome of the election.
This includes Nevada, Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
On Thursday, Trump took a pause from the campaign trail to attend the annual Alfred E. Smith Memorial Foundation Dinner in New York City.
During Presidential election years, the event is usually the last time both candidates appear together in public before the election.
Both major party nominees traditionally roast each other with mocking speeches at the dinner.
In 2016, Trump famously roasted former First Lady Hillary Clinton at the Al Smith Dinner.
But Vice President Kamala Harris decided to skip the event and instead submitted a video message to the attendees.
Her absences made her the first major party candidate to skip the event since former Democrat Presidential nominee Walter Mondale in 1984.
During his speech, Trump poked fun at Kamala for skipping the event and told the crowd she’s “receiving communion from Gretchen Whitmer” – a reference to the recent disgusting, viral video the Michigan Democrat Governor filmed with a woke extremist “influencer.”
Gov. Whitmer salaciously mocking the act of Communion.
Mocking Christians who choose to remember Christ’s sacrifice on the cross & what he endured for humanity. Accepting spiritual sustenance & solidarity of believers within the body of Christ.

“My opponent feels like she does not have to be here, which is disrespectful to the event and in particular to our great Catholic community – very disrespectful,” Trump said, before adding that “the last Democrat not to attend this event was Walter Mondale and it did not go very well for him.”
Trump then took a swipe at Democrat Vice Presidential candidate Tim Walz for putting tampons in the boys bathrooms at Minnesota schools.
“I used to think the Democrats were crazy for saying that men have periods, but then I met Tim Walz,” Trump said. “This guy is calling us weird,” he continued. “But this is weird that the Democrat candidate is not with us tonight.”

After Walz, Trump took aim at the group “White Dudes for Harris.”
“I’m not worried about them at all because their wives and their wives’ lovers are all voting for me,” Trump joked.
NEW: Trump trolls White Dudes for Harris, says he isn’t worried about their votes because all their wives’ boyfriends are voting for him.
Ouch.

During his 20-minute speech, Trump roasted everyone from Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) to President Joe Biden.
But it was his roast of Kamala Harris’ husband, Doug Emhoff, that created a firestorm on the Left.
“A major issue in this race is childcare, and Kamala has put forward a concept of a plan,” Trump said. “The only piece of advice I would have for her [Harris] in the event that she wins is not to let her husband Doug anywhere near the nannies.”
“That’s a nasty one,” he added. “I told these idiots that gave me this stuff, that’s too tough.”

Trump was referencing how Doug Emhoff cheated on his first wife with his daughter’s nanny and got her pregnant.
Walter Mondale lost 49 states when he skipped the Al Smith Dinner in 1984.
And Donald Trump is hoping to make 2024 a repeat of 1984.
